Review The Noodle Guy - Port Williams

Jeff Clemens
The food was really good and the service was fantastic. The noodles are so fresh. The Soba was as good as I had in Japan. So many different things that could be added including local hot sauce that added to the already fantastic flavor. A must stop.

Hearing all about The Noodle Guy, and just moving into town recently, we had to try it for ourselves. Our first experience was take out and we were blown away with the quality and flavour of the dishes. The stir fry is a must!

Tasty noods! Good selection of spice level and add-ons. Really friendly owner and staff. Came back to this restaurant two days in a row during my trip to NS.

This is a must try if you are visiting or staying in the area. We stayed 4 nights in Kentville and visited twice. The staff are amazing. High spirited and friendly. Super accommodating. They have a tiny place so try to go in off peak hours if you can or simply choose to take away if the place is full. I don't like to buy pasta dishes in restaurants knowing the cost of them vs the typical high sell price however I would gladly pay for these dishes over and over again. They are extremely reasonable in my opinion. They're also happy to sell you their pastas and sauces and tell you their recipes if you'd like to try making it on your own. This place is a no-brainer in my books.

First time visiting, service was great and food was delicious. We had the daily special beef stroganoff.

Fresh noodles, great flavors, spicy selection! I enjoyed the Soba with Korean Bulgogi. Delicious and tasty. Definitely need to add to your list of restaurants to visit and enjoy!

Stopped in for lunch on our way back from Cape Blomidon. Excellent service, excellent stir-fry dish, and a fabulous blueberry/lemon bread pudding. Just what you need after a few days of camping! We ate outside in the shaded patio area as we had our dog with us and it was a hot day. There was a water bowl placed there for other doggy patrons too - much appreciated! (I took the pic of dessert as fast as I could but we'd already eaten half by then :)

Wow, the noodle guy is a hidden gem. The noodle guy stir-fry is a perfect gluten free option packed with flavor and the "shells" are in a amazing creamy sauce. Don't even get me started on the roasted pepper & tomaoto sauce from the spaghetti. You need to try it out.

This being my first visit to the Noodle Guy and not knowing what to expect the very helpful staff directed us right to the menu on the wall and took the time to explain each dish to us . We chose a bar style table and waited only a short time to recieve a wonderful meal very full of flavor and well sized portion . We will be sure to return our next visit to the area .

I had the ravioli of the day, which was Garlic and cork cheese with the Caramelized onions on top, and holy moly! Hands down the best tasting thing I've ever had. My husband was jealous. A bit sad that they were not only out of the Hellene, but also Ruby Red beer from the Wayfarers Ale Society (which we had just been to before awesome local beer). So we had to settle for some local cider from Truro, which was still great! Their chocolate chip cookies are also delicious! We will definitely be back!

We love this cosy nook serving up homemade pasta in decadent sauces. It's a great place to stop while travelling up to The Lookoff and for our East Coast Glamping clients - it's a great place to pick up artisan pasta for an easy campfire dinner on your arrival night. Thanks Noodle Guy - our crew loves you!

Wow oh wow incredible!!! They were sold out of the ravioli on Saturday at 4pm (get there early if you want that) but I had the shells pasta with chorizo and it did not disappoint

The last two weeks I have stopped in for $10 Tuesday. It makes two giant servings and it's amazing. We are addicted and are already planning next Tuesday! Highly recommend.
