Friendly greeting when we approached the till! The service was fast considering they made the wrong drink and had remake it. The ice caramel cloud macchiato with extra caramel tasted great! The hot version was tasty! Love this Starbucks location ☕️

one of the staff members at this location is super nice and friendly , he approaches all the customers and is very helpful ( tall guy with brown hair ) worked tonight the closing shift. my staff and i work across the street and always go to this location! keep up the good work :)!
This Starbucks is great - because of the staff. When I used to frequeny it almost daily when I lived in PoMo, they always remembered me and my order. Now I don't go as often, but when I stop in, everyone is on the ball and super friendly. Always a good experience.
This Starbucks is consistently one of the better ones I have been to. The store is always clean, the Baristas friendly, and my beverage is always made just right with no burnt taste to the steamed milk. Allows for that simple moment of aaah... relax... then back at it, recharged!

Typical Starbucks has full range of coffee teas & snacks. A nice place place to have a quick coffee break, and unwind.

This is probably one of the nicest Starbucks locations in the Tri-Cities. Staff is friendly. The music is a bit too loud some times but the atmosphere is great.
