Love love love! You can have your fish and chips but! Their halibut taco, zucchini sticks and everything burger was just as good. They also have their picnic serving trays which made it extremely convenient to take to the park and easily cleaned up and returned! Highly recommend for other to enjoy the food and scenery.

Pajos is always very busy during summer so expect long waiting times. But it’s worth it as their Fish and Chips are always best. I also love their coleslaw (my favorite) as they added raisins and pumpkin seeds. Highly recommended.

At the eastern end of Burrard Inlet is a tiny municipality called Port Moody which is home to Rocky Point Park. This place is quite popular due to the spray park that’s extensively used during the summer months as well as the numerous trails, boat launch, and did I mention Pajo’s?. That’s right! You can find one our favourite fish and chip shops at Rocky Point Park. As can be expected, it gets quite busy during the prime summer months… but how can you resist their famous, freshly-fried fish? We picked the 2 pc Halibut and Chips ($18) during our visit in July. They serve their fish & chips in paper cones to help soak up the oil and their picnic tables have holes cut in them to make it easy to hold while you eat.

Pajo’s Fish and Chips is a longstanding BC restaurant chain serving customers since 1985.  They have four locations in the Lower Mainland: 2 in Steveston, 1 in Port Moody and 1 in Coquitlam.  What is great about them is that they are 100% Oceanwise which means all the seafood they serve is sustainable.  And those delectable fries to go with your deep fried fish?  Well, they’re locally sourced too as they are grown in Delta.

Outdoorsy and relaxing. Food is great and fresh! But the line can get a bit long on weekends and holidays though. Also there are wasps and bees around the soda fountain - just be careful!

Nothing feels more like summer than having fish & chips in the park! I've been to all 3 of Pajo's locations and they are consistently yummy. My favorite are their salmon fish & chips and their onion rings. My friend had their tacos which looked really good!

Pajo’s is the only Oceanwise certified fish and chips shop in the Lower Mainland with four locations to date. I had a huge craving for some fish & chips last week, so I dragged the boyfriend along to their Port Moody location at Rocky Point Park .

Love this place so much I went here straight after my wedding! The location is obviously gorgeous and although it's best on a bright summer day, I visit year round!

Probably one of the best fish and chips in town. However, sometimes the consistency of their food can be off. Fries could be soggy and once in awhile the fish would be greasy. But when they make the food right, they are very delicious. You get to pick between cod, salmon, or halibut. They even serve burgers, appetizers (chowder, skewers, onion rings, poutine, etc), fish tacos, and grilled fish. Love having Pajo's in the park, always a nice walk after their great fish and chips. There will be line up at the counter during weekend, be prepared as they get really busy. Staff always so friendly too!

Can't complain.... It's been many months since I've last ate here and there's apparently been some changes. On a second look, they had simply refreshed their menu board, and switched a few things around. Not sure if there's been a price change, though they continue to be on the pricier side. The new bottomless fries sure help.

Even though it's still the start of the season, and it was a bit chilly out, there were still a good number of patrons tonight. The 10-minute wait for my food wasn't unreasonable, but I can easily imagine the wait-time doubling when the busy summer season comes around. The fish was really juicy and fresh, but could have done less on the batter. I didn't care for their fries too much though, guess you can't complain too much when they're bottomless? Half of it was soggy and half was burnt, not sure how they managed that. All in all, I'd still go back because you really can't beat enjoying a meal overlooking the inlet.

YUMMY. My husband and I frequently have Pajo's dates, followed by rocky point ice cream. We waited for about 15 mins this time, not bad, but not good. It was busy. There workers always seem very busy, and on-the-ball. Pajo's is a little expensive, but since I love it, I'm willing. They also have DOGGY BOWLS and Bones! Such a cute idea! There's always so many dogs at Rocky Point too. Good Job Pajojojojojo, cya soon bud!

Tasty food and great location. I lived in Vancouver for 15 years and then decided to move my family to the flat ass prairies (long story). Ran the Diez Vista 50K race in 2010 and thought it would be great to celebrate the finish with some fish and chips. My big sis and cousin recommended Pajo's and raved about the fish and chips. Now I'm a sucker for great fish and chips and all things fried and agreed that it would make for a great celebratory meal.

It was the second week of April and quite cool and it was great to see that they were open for business. No line ups as the weather was a bit crap which was great for us as there were 13 of us to feed. I went for the 2 piece fish (cod) and chips. The wait for the food was under 10 minutes and when it arrived it was piping hot. The batter was light, crispy, and not at all oily. The fish was tender, well cooked, and flaky. The chips were very well cooked and twice cooked so the insides were pillow soft with a crispy outer.

Since then I've been back 2 more times and each time I have not been disappointed. Would I say it's the "best fish and chips?" No, but in saying that they do make some tasty food and that's what it's all about. At the end of the day how much more are you able to elevate this humble meal? All that I ask is that you use the freshest fish possible, make a light crispy batter, and make some great fries. If your bag is fish and chips then do what you can to make it the best and most important is to ensure that your last order is as perfect as the first order of the day.d
