Website mentions nothing about the take out hours being shorter. I walked over and they were locked, and wouldn’t serve me at the window without a car. Came back with my car at 9:25 and they wouldn’t answer the drive through order window. Turns out at the window that they close at 9:30, NOT 10p
A&W in port hardy has definitely seen better days. This location use to produce quality food and also great customer service. When there’s two of them working in there man is it slacking, sloppy breakfast sandwich I ate two bites and the hash brown tasted horrible if it would even come out of the wrapper it was stuck too, they can’t mess up the coffee thank god. The crows were happy today atleast
This has happened to me a few times with the service, we got home and had one less meal and it's paid for. We live out at stories beach i tried to call to complain and no answer a few times now. Unhappy
It's the only drive through in Port Hardy other then the coffee shop. Seating is currently unavailable because of covid. The building has seen better days but located in the mall which is handy. Slow service and average food quality. Overall ok not great.
This place is terrible. My food sat for 5 minutes until every drive through order was placed. Smells like rotten food in there.
Was a nice n clean. Didn't have the best of service. But had a good teasting breakfast tho
