Very nice. But food is expensive inside 😕.

I do kickboxing at Topp Performance which I LOVE, but this place is an awesome little gym that's very close by for regular workouts, it's always clean, people are always respectful and the staff is wonderful. It's definitely my safe space. Thank you guys for being awesome!!

Love the Lakeshore. Wow so happy with all the new upgrades!!! The place looks amazing. All new flooring in the gym cool paint job lots of new equipment. It’s the dream gym. Love all the classes. Staff is amazing. Thanks for working so hard during COVID for all the updates and for keeping us safe.

Great gym even when you're use to the big city gyms. Great atmosphere and staff; Louise is amazing and truly cares about your needs and wants of a gym. Super impressed with my overall experience. Locker room and shower area was very clean as well.

Classes are awesome and coffee time afterwards is a good way to get to know our neighbours.

Nice small place to workout. It also has other programs like Yoga and misc. There is a squash and racquetball courts too.
