Service was atrocious. I get that the place was packed and busy and things may take longer than usual, but i waited at the door for 15 minutes and wasnt even greeted by staff. First time patronizing this establishment and will not be our last. Called to order takeout dinner since missed the outside kiosk following the Friday the 13th happenings a few days prior. I was at the Norfolk this afternoon. On a Wednesday around 5 pm. Not busy at all. I recently hosted a working lunch here and found the food was great, the staff were friendly and looked after us very well. I've been working in Dover more lately, and will definitely be coming back here for lunches.

They make Amazing Ceasars and the food was soo good portions are huge and well priced. Great service, great atmosphere, enjoy inside and the huge stunning patio

5 servers working and no-good service....had to go getvour own drinks s and had to serve ourselves our own food we ordered......security was great though!!!

Great night of music with Burnside and Morrison. The wash board guy was the best!! Looking forward to all the talent playing live again.
