My family and I go to Sky Dragon regularly and if we don't go to dine in, we get take out or delivery.The food is always hot and fresh and the buffet has an excellent variety.Jack, the owner is a fantastic host!! So very nice and considerate, always insuring everything is how you want it. His girls are great waitresses as well, tending to your every menu item need!!!! It's a great place to go for some awesome casual chinese food!!!!

Every town has it's go-to Chinese takeaway, and this is our's. Our household took a break for awhile when the new owners started, because it was shoddy, but we're back and we enjoy reliable food by delivery. HOWEVER, if you want the full experience, you need to pick up your food or eat in, as the owner is a delight and the sample are fabulous!
As a Port Coquitlam resident, we really enjoy coming here for their buffet dinner. It is priced affordably & the food is excellent. The owner is a very cheerful & attentive person who always walks around & speaks to the patrons. It is a very welcoming, neighbourly type of place. We had my birthday dinner here recently & he was so kind & even gave me a gift certificate for another visit when he found out it was my birthday. We will definitely come back here again. :)
Stopped in for early dinner, they were just changing over the buffet. Were seated immediately, and drinks were ordered within a couple minutes.
The buffet is rather small but fresh and always being refilled with more fresh food... Nothing in the buffet sits or goes stale. Good selection of hot foods, but the ice cream could have been better.
The service was good, pricing very good, all in all a good experience. The restaurant isn't fancy: a rather Spartan place decorating wise, but we weren't there for the view. They scored where it counted. Will be back again.
Went to sky dragon for take out (like that you can order 1/2 price portions ) got 4 dishes under $20 and all was good. Got to sample buffet while waiting for order & was also good. Well worth $14
Food was excellent. Very fast delivery, and great portions for the price. My family will continue to order from here. Also very polite on the phone, and delivery person was also 😀
The new owner, Jack, is like family to us. We frequented his old restaurant (in Alberta) for years and we were delighted to hear that he relocated to Poco! For a good, quick, affordable and filling Chinese meal - eat here! You will never leave hungry and the food is always steaming hot and fresh. Jack and his family will take you in and treat you like old friends even if you're just meeting for the first time. If they don't have something that you want, he will make it fresh for you. There is no better customer service in any restaurant - anywhere.
I'm only giving this a 5/5 because of our wonderful server, I think her name was Olivia. She was very professional despite the food tasting mediocre.
We have found our new Go To Chinese restaurant! Their homemade potstickers are EXCELLENT!
Although they have a small buffet table, everything is of excellent quality. With two styles of shrimp, one is now a new favourite of mine; with light panko crisp but still tender inside.
Order in, buffet (all you can eat), or take away -pick up orders. If you arrive early for take away orders, the NEW owners who host the front door, will give you a sample from the buffet table to ensure you will return - OH, I WILL be back!
Good "western style" chinese food. I love their wor wonton soup. Large is $10 but fills 2 adults up with a delicious variety of veggies and proteins.
Their rice and chow mein are pretty good but the beef and broccoli is my favorite dish here. Very very tasty and I will always keep coming back here
I don't really understand why people hate this place so much? The food is actually not bad and is very westernized. If you want authentic Chinese go somewhere else. However, for yummy, greasy food... Especially on a hangover; go here. It's really good, try the curry over rice, or veggies in blackbean sauce. Yum!
Good food & service. We drive by the lace all the and decided to try the Weekend buffet, very impressed w/ quality of wonton & hot n sour soups this was a great start to the buffet service, hot food well seasoned decent selection for the price. Service was very good and we'll definently go back when we get that craving for this type of food I'd give it 4/5
Westernized Chinese Food. Go to Sky Dragon expecting authentic Chinese Cuisine and you will be unimpressed. Go expecting Westernized Chinese and you will be happy with your meal. My husband and I enjoy select dishes, and order occasionally. Their prices and service are good. Try their sweet and sour menu items (delicious) or their honey garlic selections (husband loves the sauce).
Have travelled all over north America for several years and have tried Chinese food everywhere . Sky dragon is in the top 3 . Fresh well balanced food . The chefs should be proud of there work !
Great lil Spot. Food is great and lots of it. Service is also fantastic. Looks a bit like a greasy spoon when you enter but food makes up for decore. Reasonable priced as well. The food is catered more to Canadian style although some authentic Chinese dishes. I have been eating here for over 10 years regularly and never been disappointed.

If you're looking for good authentic Chinese, then don't go here. That being said, if you're looking for a family place where maybe some people you're with aren't big Chinese fans then this would probably work great. It's super cheap and offers things like French fries and chicken wings as an alternative. Love this place.
My new fave. The service here is impressive: friendly and personable. They are fast and they deliver nearby (or opt for 10% off pick-up). Portions are HUGE and price is amazing. I'm not usually a fan of sweet n sour, but Sky Dragon's is delicious. It's not too sweet nor too sour and not too goopy/starchy like most are. The Best!. I grew up on this food and nothing compares. It can be classified as a dive but like most 'hole in the wall' restaurants, the food rocks!!
Best Chinese Food Ever. Yeah, okay, its not "real chinese food", its white chinese food, but its really bloody awesome white chinese food!! My favourite chinese restaurant in the world. Their fried rice, wonton soup, deep fried prawns, almond chicken, egg rolls, chop suey, and sweet and sour are all fabulous. And their buffet is really good. Besides that, they have good service and reasonable prices. There's really no reason -not- to go here!
