We enjoy having a meal or two every time we are in Port Aux Basques. Delicious food, lots of options even for non-seafood people a d beautiful view of the water. We were a bit disappointed last visit as once we had our meal, no one came back to ask if we were good or wanted anything else like desser
This is my first time back in years and it was so-so. Service was decent enough, but the food wasn't good at all. I ordered the potato skins and they looked like they were just thrown on a cutting board and sent out. Very little presentation or cleanliness to it. Looked messy.

From start to finish our experience was beyond poor. Service was non-existent. We had a group which all had their issues with service/meals but for myself, I had a bread tab IN my nachos. When I pointed it out to the waitres
Stopped for lunch today. Waitress did not even say hi! $3.00 for a glass of water. Service was extremely SLOW despite the place not being busy. Food was blah! To top it all off waitress takes her tip out of the cash in front of us. Keep driving not even worth the stop!
Delicious supper. We were in a hurry to catch the ferry so we concerned that it may take too long however it was quick and delicious.

We were part of a private party in the downstairs bar (1 Ton Bar and Grill). The food was really good. The fries were hot and crisp. The club (pictured) was yummy with a full chicken breast and fresh veggies. My husband had the 1 ton burger (pictured) and thoroughly enjoyed it.
