Food was ok. They are way understaffed! Only 2 staff at lunch. No table cleaning and they are run off their feet. Long lines up.
You need to staff appropriately. 2 people can only do so much.
Good food, went there yesterday bought a poutine the gravy was a bit off. But when there is only a few staff on shift can't really complain when people don't want to work during the pandemic so it is what is is.

Horrible experience ever !! I had to wait for 15-20 min for my order . Only 2 people working one was I think prabhjot as I saw his tag Doesn’t know how to deal with customers . I would recommend not to eat from this place . So rude staff .

Worst food I have ever had and the worst customer service as well… I ordered my food and got my drink they had no ice which okay it is what it is… I asked for no pickle no onion and to add cheese, there was no cheese the smallest tomato I have ever seen and something I didn’t order, a bunch of long

I love BK but everytime I go here the people working are moving at the slowest pace imaginable. They forget to give me my receipt every time and seem to never smile.
