My absolute favourite sushi restaurant ever! The wait staff, the chefs, the food, the atmosphete and decor simply amazing. So welcoming and personable. Everyone I have brought here has absolutely loved it. They change up the menu but even if something is taken off, they make it for you. My faves are the jack cha han and the poke tuna. So delish! And the green tea creme brule? Yummy!!!! Literally a 45 second walk from our front door. We are so fortunate to have this place in our hood.
For anyone who lives in the area, or even if you don't, you NEED to check this place out! Some of the best sushi and Japanese food! We drive from Poco to Pitt Meadows just to eat here. Never had a bad meal; staff is great; chefs are amazing; just all around great dining experience! Highly recommend to everyone!
The best restaurant around. Period. Best food, best service and best atmosphere. What's not to like here? Might be a little tucked away, but it's definitely worth finding.... Trust me!
We went for a family dinner tonight, celebrating our son's birthday, my Mom's birthday and our daughter's health.
The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. This REALLY meant a lot to us.
We highly recommend the Kiso roll!
I've been to a lot of Sushi places in Western Canada. One of the best I've had!!
Very good and fresh ! Love this place with all the great fresh food !
This place is by far the best Sushi in Vancouver lower mainland area... The food is beautifully presented like art and tastes phenomenal. The service was great as well! :) very friendly environment.
Best kept secret in Pitt MeadowsAlways fresh ... Always delicious ...We go often and have never been disappointed.
Very nice staff, very good sushi! I'm always skeptical when trying new Sushi joints, but this one is awesome. Never had a bone in my salmon, Chicken Terriaki don are delicious, Chef's are nice, and beer is cold :)
Amazing! Just amazing! This place is my all time favorite.
We are going to miss this place when we move! Best sushi/ Japanese in vancouver!
Kisoji has been our favourite restaurant since moving to Pitt Meadows.
Fantastic, refreshing and hands-down the best food-spot in Pitt Meadows!
Really impressed, 10 times better than any other Japanese place in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows. Fish was excellent quality, super fresh, and the restaurant itself is very clean and nice looking inside. Won't be going anywhere else now.
My wife and I have been frequenting this little diamond since we moved to Pitt Meadows 3 years ago. It looks very modern, simple and clean without being boring. Several couples tables, family tables, and two very long tables for multiple groups or one big party are situated in a way as to make space look open and social without feeling cramped. The food is prepared in a more traditional Japanese fashion, with the Sashimi being delicate, thin and not like the more massive pieces you can sometimes get at other sushi restaurants. The rolls too are very well done, made to look simple and elegant but deceiving in that you know, there is much skill in this chef with his trade. The way sushi is meant to be done. Customer service from the kitchen side is very good, professional. The front end could use some improvement, maybe a more professional approach but in all honesty, it isn't bad now. All in all, I would have to say this place is a solid choice when deciding what sushi place to dine at, with most of the competition in this area below par if not downright horrible.
This little gem hidden in a Lougheed strip mall is owned and operated by a Japanese owner. Everyone whom I take there raves about the food, including well traveled international visitors. The chef is very professional and the owner is very warm and
Welcoming. Most important is the food. Japanese traditional with a nod to Vancouver peculiarities which are not traditional, but tasty all the same. I found it by accident and I just wanted a bowl of miso soup. I stayed for the sashimi and since then, I am a very loyal customer.
This place offers great value: delicious sushi, sashimi and tempura at incredible prices! I have t found a better deal in the GV area. Get thee here!
Love this place, beautiful Japanese restaurant with great atmosphere! Don't have to go to downtown...and the food is fabulous if you like authentic Japanese cuisine... best sushi and rolls around!
We dropped by Kisoji in Pitt Meadows one night and had a really good experience. I was impressed with the presentation and quality of each dish. The 4 of us ordered a few rolls and appetizers to share. Agé Maguro. First up, we had the Agé Maguro. It’s basically tuna tempura with cream cheese and ponzu sauce. Not my favourite dish of the night since I thought it was kind of soggy but the flavour was still good and it was a very unique roll.
The other day I went all the way to Pitt Meadows with Phil to attend the Mazda CX3 Introduction Test Drive Event. We signed up for the 7:30pm schedule so we had some time to go grab some food. I searched on Zomato and a lot of people had positive comments on this restaurant called Kisoji so we decided to try it out while we were there. This restaurant is located in a plaza and its located on the right hand side all the way at the end. Across from it there is Brick and other commercial retails. The interior is simple but has a Japanese style attached to it. They have a wooden block paneling on one side with a section with under lighting that displays their beautiful Japanese bottles. I thought this place was very clean and service was great! They had multiple staff on the floor making sure everyone was taken care of and I also had a view of the kitchen and I can tell all their items are organized and prepped.
Best sushi in town. Love their fusion style. Modern interior, many unique menu items.
3 things I like about this restaurant. Good food, good price, good service. I will definitely eat here again and soon!
This has easily become my new go to sushi place in pitt meadows, the food is always fresh and delicious. The service is always super friendly. I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem.
Beautiful and delicious. Kisoji, the latest sushi restaurant in an area jam packed with other restaurants, is head and shoulders above the competition. The food is fresh and delicious, and the restaurant itself is clean and very modern.
The food was delicious and the service excellent. What a delightful addition to Pitt Meadows.
Kisoji is one of those rare finds, located on the edge of Pitt Meadows and Port Coquitlam. When my girlfriend came here months ago, it was very quiet. I’m guessing because it was a Sunday night or it was just the location. There are at least 3 other Japanese restaurants within 1 km of proximity.
