This pad Thai I ordered barely had any flavour. Like barely any sauce in my pad Thai. You guys aren’t producing the same taste this franchise offers. Step it up! Definitely considering another option next time.

Always love their pad thai and curries. It's very flavoury. In case you plan to order delivery or pick-up their three newest dishes are a must to try: 1. Cocktail Pad Thai 2. General Thai Bok Bok Bag 3. Peanut + Coconut Bowl

They give you big portion of food which is good but it didn't taste good. My wife and I didn't feel good after we ate their Pad Thai and Se we noodles.

Shirmp Pad Thai is my comfort food and this Thai Express nails it every time. My one complaint is they don't always have peanuts and you have to ask for the small packs. This is my favourite location.

Food was super sweet/sugary. The staff talks on the phone the entire time while taking your order. Didn't ask me if I wanted lime, peanuts or hoisin sauce to go. The person was too busy chatting away with whoever they were talking to in their airpods. Disappointed. I used to love this place.

Compared to other Thai express locations, the food here is bland and not properly cooked. My fried rice had no flavour and was a bit watery. The basil leaves were also not taken off the stem and I had multiple stems in my food.

Awesome portion size! Amazing people who work there- I’m constantly impressed. Love it!
