Review Boston Pizza - Pickering

Love Boston Pizza, Love Ajax but this Pickering Location is the Boston Pizza to go too!!! Amazing Customer Service from top management right down to the server. Friendly, offered great recommendations and handled my family of 6 very well. The whole family left full and happy. In this pandemic top service is what truly stands out. Oh and the clam chowder was one of the best I’ve had in years. Keep up the awesome work.

Hmmm, not great at taking orders over the phone for takeout. I ordered the honey dill fried chicken sandwich and this is what I got. I live outside of town so it was too late to drive back into get this fixed. Unfortunately I didn't bother to grab a receipt so there is no way that I can do an online survey.

We had a pleasant experience at this location this evening. We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken shortly after. Everything came out in a timely manner. The service was great, the staff worked together and made sure we were taken care of throughout our entire stay. We ordered a pitcher of beer, the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and the Loaded Tex Mex Fries to start, both food items were excellent! I was extremely happy with how crispy and buffalo coated the cauliflower bites were. For the main I ordered a side of fries and the Fiesta Salad with the Plant Based Crumble option (which was included in the price and not an extra charge), and I was very satisfied with the portion size and how delicious and filling it was. I also ordered the Red Sangria, which had plenty of merlot which I loved, it was a great drink. I was extremely happy overall and had nice evening! Highly recommend for a date night or social event with your friends.

The food wasn’t great and the service was slow, but my reason for the five star review is that they did their best. It was during the power outage when very few places were open or had power. Three waitresses being dumped on by almost every table. Good job from those three waitresses trying their best, I used to work in the food industry and understand how difficult it is to keep a smile on your faces when the customers are beyond rude. The food definitely needs improvement though. It wasn’t a very tasty location.

I went for a job interview in this branch but I was neither offered the job nor called by the manager as he had promised. It's funny that I'm giving them a good review. Before the interview, I watched as they rendered services to their customers and the delivery riders were going in and out at the speed of light. These kept everyone so busy that I had to take a sit for a long time before I was finally interviewed by the manager.

I order Rose source Pasta and received pasta within 3 minutes. It was absolutely precooked food. I waisted $17 + Tax. I will recommend if they give clear instructions to clients about their specific precooked food menus. ( Indians owned the franchise and ruined the name.

Experience was okay. Ordered 3 items. But one of the itmes were cold. But Black (sorry not remembered her name) waitress was super nice, she instantly took the responsibility and replaced it with a new meal. Would recommend this location to others.

It was BP Delivery for dinner tonight, and it exceeded expectations! The Caesar Salad and Pasta was excellent, the pizzas nicely topped and the Bandera Bread was a wonderful addition. Our order arrived promptly, within the promised time-range. Delicious choices, which looked like the pictures that were posted on the menu.

Worst possible service!!! Sat with my 2 young kids for 15 mins without seeing a single server. Tables came in after us and received service. Told the hostess at the front ( actually 3 hostess standing around) and still never received service. Went to find management myself and still no apology. Got up and walked out. Really inconvient when our 2 little kids were hungry, and we live close to this location. But I can promise you that we won't be back to this location. Took our business to the Ajax Boston pizza and wow!!!! Amazingly better service from the moment we walked in! Definitely take your business to the Ajax (Salem and Kingston Rd location) seated, saw our server in a minute, food out in the first 15 mins and this location was way busier!

Sunday after church I took my wife to meet up with our friends for lunch. I have never been to this Boston Pizza before but I will go back again. The atmosphere was charming and the waitress prompt. The dinning room manager was attentive and always had a big smilr on her face. My wife and I shared our lunches, she had the primavera penne and I had the pizza of the day which was Mediterranean. The food was delicious and for the price was very filling. I could not have been happier with the service, I mean I would just finish drinking and the waitress picked up the glass as I put it on the table, and she replaced it as quickly as she acquired the glass. For sure, we will return.

Great place to meet with friends and family. The menu has lots of options that are great for sharing.

First pizza in many months - absolutely enjoyed our pizza and dinner at Boston Pizza. We also enjoyed excellent and attentive service.

Terrible food, just okay service. Definitely not worth the price.

Most times service is awesome but yesterday wasn't not one of those times... Food took long time and fries were almost cold... Waitress was rude and not very friendly... I ordered a second pop and got water... My friend ordered a chocolate mouse cake and got wrong cake with raspberry sauce not chocolate... And waitress said again that is what she ordered but wasn't even close!!! Was not happy for the first time going there...

I sat facing the kitchen. Well. Im glad the 2 waitresses that were there seemed to be enjoying themselves. Maybe the manager should try being the boss- not the friend. Oh. And put some effort into looking less shabby. As for the food- outstanding. As always.

The food as always is meh. But our server Brooke was outstanding.

My daughter & I go there often. Staff are great! We always need a booth as my daughter is mildly autistic. She loves it there. Food is always good!!

We've been coming for 3 years to watch UFC events. Came in today and was told new management has decided they're not showing this one, will show 200 and after that they won't say for sure or not if they'll show them. Our group will be going to Ajax BP or a closer bar playing it from now on.

Not bad. The atmosphere and staff are very nice. The food needs some work though.

Ate here this weekend on Friday, Feb, 16th with hockey team. Historically, I generally don't like the food at Boston Pizza. I tend to stick to local or Ethnic restaurants. I ordered a salad and my daughter had pepperoni pizza. We both enjoyed our meals. However, the best part of the experience was the fantastic server. She was so nice to the kids and she was incredibly competent. My daughter said to me after we left mom that waitress was so nice to us. To serve a large group like us with kindness, patience and efficiency is a real skill. I would definitely recommend this restaurant with large groups we ordered and were served and done in about an hour and a half.

I ordered the Cheesesteak Cactus Cut Nachos ($15.99) to go along with my schooner of Bud. This dish is described as their "new Smoked Applewood seasoned Cactus Cut chips covered in layers of pizza mozzarella, cheddar, sliced BBQ steak, house-roasted red peppers and red onions. Finished with drizzled horseradish mayo and green onions. Served with salsa and our signature cactus dip." I found this dish to be quite delicious and would definitely order it again. The toppings were great and the cactus dip was a great side for those chips that were missed by the toppings. As for service, we were a party of 20+ and we were treated very well.

We got delivery and the food was horrible. I wouldn't order from here again. Even my 6 and 2 year old didn't want to eat their meal, they said it didn't taste good. We love Boston Pizza but I wouldn't order from there again.

Expensive !. Very expensive for what you get. Food is nothing special, but their prices suggest you're getting something better than the average pizza joint. Truly, their pizza is second rate, which is a shame since "pizza" is their name. <br/><br/>Would not waste my hard-earned money here.

It was very disappointing when the lasagna turned out to be cold and tasted like something out of the microwave. Boston Pizza is a favourite of mine, but I won't be going back to this location.
