Review Baskin-robbins - Pickering

Baskin Robbins in general is my favourite ice cream brand. My family loves going to our local BR (Pickering). They were friendly and attentive but lately it seems like they (staff) talk to each other more than they pay attention to customers. The last time I went, i got 2 scoops but if you see the picture i attached… does it look like a 2 scoop order? I couldn’t even ask the person that served me because she was busy talking.

The kids love having an ice cream, and it's really nice that you are close by to the bulk barn. When I took my friends daughter with us last time, she hugged me like I was the best person in the world. If only for the kids, I'm so grateful for the smile you bring to their faces.

I have just returned to my house after a 15 minute drive to and from this location. There were three customers in the entire store. Two of those customers were being served by two people behind the counter. I was patiently waiting my turn although there appeared to be two other workers there as well. As I stood there a man walked into the store and over to the cake display case. Someone came out from the back and he was immediately attended to. There is no way that person did not know I was standing there. I am white person that came in was black. I wonder if the store has a bit of an issue with white skinned people or if the staff really are that stupid?? I will be contacting the manager tomorrow.

Best Cake ever!!! Wow!! I ordered Strawberry Cheese cake on the phone for my 3 yr old son’s Birthday. Like always, the flavor was a hit. I usually provide my own design but this time I couldn’t find good Construction theme cake design so I told them that they can use their own idea to create a Construction theme cake. It was beyond my expectations and really impressed. Thank you so much for this and everyone loved it.

Lots of selection, good quality ice cream, but boy the cost of a scoop(s) is not cheap for what you are getting!

Tables inside or outside for enjoying the ice cream cones or dishes. Great selection too!

I love baskin robbins. It's always a great time for ice cream and also their ice cream cakes. My favorite flavour is the mint chocolate chip. It's so addictive.<br/><br/>There's also shakes and ice cream sandwiches. Can't go wrong coming here.
