Best service ever! They make you feel so welcome and appreciated. They offered my friend and I free samples and the man personally came around the counter and to our seats and held open our take out bags for us to pack up the leftovers. Food was absolutely delicious and made 10x better by the excellent service. Definitely coming back for the veggie burger and fries!

Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. My girlfriend and I decided to try the burgers here and we were glad to visit Big Boy Burgers! Not only did we eat the best quality burgers we've ever had but we were also given many things to try. The fries are authentic fresh cut fries and are also the best fries I have ever tasted. Can't wait to go back and try one of the poutines!

The staff is honestly so fantastic and nice. The owner is super involved...which I loved! The service was fast. And most importantly the big boy burger has been the BEST burger I’ve EVER eaten!!!

Food was great. The price and wait time is very reasonable. The staff were friendly. I went at an off time so there wasn't that many people. I got a Philly cheese steak sandwich and a regular poutine. The sandwich was great, the poutine was just "good" but the amount they give you makes it more than worth it. I couldn't finish my food. The poutine probably fits 2 people or 1 if you're hungry and that's all you get. Chairs and tables are kind of mismatched on height but it's not a big deal.

I'm surprised they passed their health and safety visit. I've seen them handle their food without their latex gloves and whoever that big raunchy looking guy with the beard is...lmao very uneducated employee. I believe handling food with latex gloves is also a health violation with allergies.
30 minutes for a "home made" burger is hilarious. Who would repeat their visit here?
Five guys tastes much better and their home made burgers don't take a lifetime to cook properly, another concern with little boys burger..let's leave it at that.

This is THE PLACE to get an awesome burger in Pickering. Funky industrial look to the restaurant, staff are very friendly, service is quick and the food quality is top notch. If you want a great burger and awesome fries/onion rings go here.

Amazing place to eat due to there home made burgers and of course they're size. Every family trip I go on it is a have to stop place everytime on the way back home for there famous big boys burger love thus place oh and to top it all off AMAZING customer service!!!! Keep up the good work

Experience was not good . I ordered a chicken salvalki with no bun, so they upgraded me to a salvalki dinner and wanted to charge $16.00. And another $1.00 for my dry chicken ! Never again ! Food was slow, the guy in charge was talking up some girls at the cash register.

Been going to Big Boys for a long time every Friday for lunch. The Big Boy Burger is HUUUUGEEEE!!!<br/>I always get mine with double cheese and bacon, and a side of fries. The portions are massive and staff always friendly. This is the place for a burger craving
