I had the oxtale dinner. The food and service was excellent. I will be back there again. As the place is small for dine in. The takeout might be an option for you. This is not a fast food restaurant so don't expect to be in and out in 5 mins. The quality of there food is well worth the 5 stars.
My boys and I had a fantastic meal. The food and service of wait staff was on point. Our meal was a little late but they were so apologetic and comped us a second round of drinks as well as dessert. Way to go Beryl! Love the new locale.
The service is fantastic, and while I'm not usually big on anything spicey, I just had the Jerk Chicken Poutine and it was amazing! It was a tasteful spicey without being too over powering or feeling like my mouth was on fire. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant out!
Delicious jerk chicken and pork. Authentic rice and peas with spicy gravy. And the chicken roti!! Amazing!! All matched nicely with Red Stripe takes me back to JA �. �
This place is amazing. The food is fresh delicious, and the Owner is very nice and exceptionally humble. She came over to see how are meals were, and had a great conversation with us. Love it here.

Fantastic. The jerk pork with rice and beans is amazing. The poutine is amazing. The homemade gingerbeer is amazing. I only sampled the roti, but it tasted delicious. This is now a regular haunt for me and my family.

Not a fan of Caribbean food. Order jerk beef and curry goat, both taste good and delicious. Would love to dine-in to enjoy freshly cooked food.
LOVE THIS PLACE! Thursdays and Saturdays remain my fave days! The fried chicken OMG! STEW PEAS AND RICE like my Mommas! Staff interact well with each other and customer satisfaction is excellent. Thanks to Teddy and his team for feeding us during the pandemic and remaining a great staple in the Durham community
I've been to this restaurant a handful of times and each time they never disappoint with their food. Pre-covid, their service sucked, but now they're very accommodating and fast. I don't get attitude like other places. My favorite is the red peas soup and oxtail dinner. Their rice n peas is my absolute favorite, they actually make it right! I will always be a returning customer.
