Fast service. There is a big dirt or oil spill on the sidewalk outside of the front entrance. Someone should clean an that up for a 5 star review.
They get my order right and very fast. The staff is so kind at this location!!
Pretty quiet inside, clean and not noisy.
The parking lot access is very challenging because of the location of the drive through. Not a Service or product issue but may go to another location or coffee shop just to avoid the hassle.

I don't like Tim Hortons cups, it makes me not like any drink I get. Some sort of taste is paired with me, my sister seems to think they cost their cups with something that keeps you addicted. I don't know. But I've purchased one of their reusable cups and it's a good size and good price and I love that! Makes everything taste better, though it can get too hot to touch as they're thin so be weary.
Customer service is usually good. I have had problems, and I have filled out one of their good customer service forms, so it really does depend on the worker. Order typically doesn't get messed up, only complaint is sometimes sugar isn't stirred into hot drinks enough. They also seem to be out of certain sweets when I desire them most, not sure if that's coincidence or poor planning. Overall, it's one of my favourite Timmie's.
I live in Toronto, and my Tim Hortons are normal you could say. Its what you expect. This location though is a whole different thing, the packaging of the food, the taste of the food and drink, how they make it literally like in the picture it's so amazing and the staff members are the nicest people I've ever met. This is the best Tim Hortons I've been in. I wish this Tim's was my closest one.
