Considering I've visited here at least a dozen times, I owe them a review. Top shelf ice cream that comes with a top shelf price tag.
I gotta say, the customer service here is phenomenal. I've always got a friendly face serving me and the staff get people in and out very quickly.
I also had an allergy specific request and the chap behind the counter was happy to oblige. They went and got a new scoop, new rinse water and conducted themselves appropriately from a food safety perspective. I've seen a lot of places fumble with these types of requests so big props to this BR location for that.
If you need a recommend, Cotton Candy for a milkshake or Baseball Nut for a cone, just silly how delicious they both are. If you're in the mood for chocolate, I've always found World Class to hit the spot.
Chocolate Mousse Royale - need I say more! Actually, I will also say there were nice non-dairy options like fruit sherbets, and there were various sizes of packed ice cream to take away and share at home.
The staff at the Lansdowne Street location in Peterborough are absolutely fantastic.

Service good, ice cream good. There is one lady that works there who is fantastic (and she always offers me napkins because I'm super messy, lol!) I love this place :)
Very friendly staff. Clean. Like the dairy free options but sometimes only have a couple to offer. Parking available just muddy on one side. Careful leaving the lot, as cars come by fast on Lansdowne.
The staff are always so nice! I currently really like the Icing on the Cake flavour. I should see if it's seasonal and get a tub to go home.

Best service i have ever received at any location friendly and knowledgeable staff well aware about the products. The guy who works full time gives good suggestions about ordering and making your visit pleasant wanting you to come back again.Store was very clean and well maintained.
I love Baskin Robbin Ice cream the ice creams taste good so good and to top it off the people are just as sweet as the ice cream who work there I always leave with a smile not because of the ice cream is because of the good service I always gets

Baskin Robin's is a family favorite. It's were we build memories with the kids and the prices are affordable with lots of choices to choose from. The seating area outside is beautiful and relaxing.. the employees are kind and patient.
