Review Freshii - Peterborough

The staff is so friendly and great with offering suggestions if you aren’t sure what you want. I’ve ordered through the Freshii app for pickup several times and I’m never waiting when I get to the store. The portions are a great size and always fresh. I love having a healthy option for lunch that is fast and affordable!

Tried for 20 minutes to order through freshii app and skipthedishes (told to download app then later told app was down), unsuccessfully, was told could not order delivery over phone. So ordered and picked up, to find we paid $22 for two side soups. Employees were not very helpful on phone, didn’t mention new size of soup. Same order in october was 32 oz, now $2 less (wooo) for 16oz side soup. Still hungry 😞

I love Freshii but come on you guys got my order wrong and I ordered through the Uber Eats app for pickup with instructions added. I paid for extra sauce and barely got any. I said no black beans in my bowl and there are black beans …. Please read through your orders, they were added in there for a reason and the extra cost should be noted for extra adds.

WAY over priced for very little. $10.99 for a bowl of rice with 4 vegetables in it. At least add chicken. All i got was a teaspoon of beans, 3 half cut tomatoes, a teaspoon of corn and 1/4 of an avacado. The avacado was no bigger than my thumb i kid you not. I can barely taste the sauce which is not even visible. That's it for $10.99. get the hell out of here!. I had to come home and add my own chicken, my own, carrots, my own cucumber. I can see through your games. I won't be going back there any time soon. There are other places in town that do bowls for less and give you more. You've lost a customer for life.

It seems freshii is a great place as long as you’re going to pick up your meal. Tried to order from skip at 7 in the evening and after selecting dishes for 15 minutes was informed that they are closed to delivery. Was told to download the app which I did and it doesn’t work. I really wish they would just tell me they don’t want my business instead of making me jump through a thousand hoops that still leave me with no food. WORST RESTAURANT IN PETERBOROUGH hands down. Staff is nice enough but useless. Freshii needs to just limit themselves to walk-ins and stop wasting everyone’s time!

Terrible! Just terrible! This is the worst freshii locations so far and there were no other options either in Peterborough. The portion sizes are kid size. The extra toppings when you ask them, they'll put half a scoop even if you pay for a full scoop. Don't even get me started on the sauces. They purposefully serve less sauce so that you'd have to get extra with the regular amount of toppings and base. The staff is very unhelpful and petty. Don't really care about you or your order. The person flashing a $20 buck tip gets a world class service but for an average Joe on a student budget, it's "the-exit's-that-way" sir. Whose working them? Cruella de Ville? What's wrong with the fake eagerness for a better experience? If you can't be authentically service minded, why even work here ? They look underpaid, overworked, and exhausted. Has the Employment Standards Ontario marched in lately?

I just want to say I’ve been going here since I moved to peterborough they are outstanding, now I’ve noticed them all over the city but I have to say this location in particular is my favourite they always swapped out my salsa Fresca for mushrooms and seems fresher and more quantity than the one I went to in Whitby. The owners must really care as I’ve never had a bad order here… get the Oaxaca bowl people you will not regret it. Great for if you got the Rona or hungover or just don’t feel like cooking it’s great for all occasions.

Employees are so friendly and patient! Both times I’ve eaten here, food has been fresh, tasty and filling!

Pushed my colleagues to try Freshii and nobody got sauce on their bowls, so I didn’t eat to spend my lunch driving back and forth across Peterborough to get sauces. The staff didn’t apologize and in fact were rude. Tonight I was told that my sauce was not available so i chose a different sauce, and Skip the Dishes brought me a dry bowl. I like the premise of Freshii and the food can be good, but considering almost half of my orders are screwed up, it’s not worth the price. I’ll never go back, and I’ll stop suggesting my coworkers eat there as well. Working all night and I just dumped hospital cafeteria mayo on my salad bowl. 🤢

Have ordered from Peterborough Freshii several times and unfortunately had a terrible experience today! I had ordered in Lunch for my office ($255.00 lunch!) which had two mistakes. Long story short I called Freshii back to make them aware of the mistakes,I spoke to the girl who apparently took the order and made it. She was very defensive and rude where she tried telling me what I ordered and basically thinks it is not possible for her to make a mistake. Honestly just an apology and maybe even a "We can give you a discount on your next order to make things right" would have been sufficient but now we will never be ordering from them again in the future.
