One of the tastiest classic breakfast places in Peterborough. Service is quick and prices are reasonable. The dining area is a little cramped, but their summer patio has ample room. They accepted debit and credit during the pandemic but unfortunately have returned to CASH ONLY service.

If you are alive go to East City Breakfast. If you haven’t lived it’s because you haven’t been to East City Breakfast. This is the best breakfast I’ve had in my entire existence on this planet. Excellent service and really delicious breakfast. Just as a warning, this is a cash only establishment. I wasn’t aware of this until after finishing my meal and had to go get cash in order to pay. Would have been helpful to know this before ordering.

Just ate there for the very first time. I wish it was closer to home because it was the best Breakfast I've had in a very long time and the service was excellent!. I'll definitely eat there again.

Great Coffee shop and breakfast joint, staff are extremely nice and comforting and the whole restaurant has a very old school, inviting vibe to it. Food and coffee were great, most definitely will be coming back.
