Love all the vegan options. 10/10 would return. Delicious food, great portions sizes for the price. Warm and cozy feeling as soon as you enter the door. Smells great with all the fresh products.

Great Vegan Food!!! Has own Vegan menu. Self serve water and coffee. Great staff. Food yummie both vegan and non vegan! Would go back for sure. Place is cash only.

Easily a fun and quaint place with great healthy food options. Very fun and art deco-y type of place. Always budu with locals due to its popularity and quality foods. Definitely a place to visit for a matinee or after a nice stroll.

Great range of vegan options, the food was really tasty. My only complaint was the bread on my sandwich was insanely thick on one side which made eating it very challenging!

10/10! Will definitely be visiting again. The cookies are super delicious - I bought two dozen for the dessert table at my tiny wedding and they were gone in as many days! We also had a caesar salad and other items that nobody would have guessed were vegan. The planet is a sweet little shop full of passionate people and high quality food anyone can enjoy. Thanks again for being part of our special day, we will definitely be back for more!! 😄💕

Favr healthy but tasty breakfast and lunch place. Offers a good mix of regular, vegetarian and vegan food options. Something for everyone and the french toast is amazing!

Overall amazing! The food, atmosphere and staff are all extraordinary! I highly recommend anything with potato cheddar bread or any of the smoothies. They cater to both vegetarian and vegan diets with an amazing and knowledgeable staff. When I wasn't living here, I was always excited to come back, as it meant I could eat at the planet! Could not be happier to have this cafe/restaurant in my town.

Best soup ever!! Love the sandwiches as well although the soup with bread is my typical go-to. African Peanut is my all-time favourite.

I'm from out of town and my friend brought me to this place as I'm vegetarian. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the walnut burger with onion jam that was to die for. I enjoyed the house salad with vinaigrette, though there could have been more of it. Try the homemade lemonade if you get a chance (make it sweet).You have to pay at the front and they are cash only, so keep this in mind. I will definitely return! Thanks guys. I wish there were more of you.

I don't know how I haven't reviewed this yet! The Planet has been my go-to brunch & lunch place since I moved to Peterborough in 2009, and it just keeps getting better. All of the new menu changes & the Friday night dinner additions have been great! I've seen a lot of incredible chefs and servers come and go over the years & I'm very happy to see The Planet continue to crush it. They've expanded their vegan options greatly to include more interesting things and it is SO appreciated that I can get vegan comfort food & baked goods without having to go all the way to Toronto. I can't wait to see what Wes & the staff come up with next! Occasionally there are special items like vegan donuts (some of the best donuts I've ever had!), different kinds of seitan specials, and a dope mac & cheeze! <3

JUST WOW! Delicious food. Amazing atmosphere. Love the vintage tables and chairs/decor. Highly recommend this great little spot for a fabulous meal. There is something for everyone on the menu even if you aren't vegetarian or vegan. Very reasonably priced.

This is the best restaurant in Peterborough for all the vegetarian/vegan eats! Also, the staff is amazing! Oh, and if you ever get a chance at a doughnut (they sell out fast) it is totally amazing �

I have loved this place for years. Soups are the best and great breakfast options. Love the sandwiches too. Always buy a loaf of bread to take home!

so geeeewd! i love the vegan pancakes, french toast, and burrito made with tofu scramble <3 you also cannot go wrong with any of their desserts and fresh baked potato herb bread!

Just tried tempeh for my first time. I had the Buffalo Ranch wrap and it was so incredibly good!! Highly recommended to try and I will be going back to try out some more menu items in the future �

The planet is a beautiful unique place to eat at, vintage look and crazy delicous food!! Always reccomend them but even more you gotta eat in and take it all in!!

The best soup ever. African peanut, to be exact but seriously, passion and food go hand in hand.

Food is delicious --huge chunks of bread with nutritious big bowls of soups. The carrot cake is mouth watering.

Buffalo wrap is the best!!!

Try the Greek burger and get some of the amazing pickles! Love it.
