Review One Fine Food - Peterborough

Went to check out this place based on a recommendation. Bought Mocha, Prosciutto pizza, vanilla cheescake, raspberry chocolate mousse. Pizza was really good. Definitely recommend it Mocha was ok. Nothing fancy Cheesecake and mousse was not that good. I saw bagels and other bread products. They look good but didn't try it. I was told they are made in house. Friendly staff Plenty of free parking around the premises

Walked in during the outage to grab some wifi and ended up exploring the Whole Foods of the East. They have everything my little heart could desire including great mock-tails and cheeses. The restaurant next door is not to be underestimated either. Definitely worth the trip.

Delicious pizza & seafood pasta, very friendly service and nice environment. However, it was way too salty… Still giving 5 stars because other than salt issue our meal was perfect and also our waitress talked to her manager to do her best to fix the issue. Highly appreciated! Will definitely visit here soon again. If you are looking for a nice corporate dinner or a date nite spot this place is highly recommended! As someone who lived in Toronto for a long time, I can clearly tell quality of the food, service and ambiance all much better than most of the Italian restaurants in the city.

It was a pleasant first experience at the One Fine Food restaurant. We walked through the market and browsed some items they had. Lots of holiday items if you're interested. The bakery items looked delicious and we will definitely be back to try some another time. We had the ricotta and flatbread and salumi board. It was excellent! Our server Kayla was attentive and helpful. We will be back again.

Extremely high quality food, service, and seating. Every aspect of the food was top tier, I will be dreaming about it until the next time we can come (we are from way out of the area). We had the One Wagyu Burger and One Cannelloni.

One Fine Food offers a great premium dinning experience. We went as a group and they had tasteful pastas, wood fire pizza and steak. If you are looking for a good espresso martini this is the place to go! The serving staff is attentive as well as friendly and keeps on top of each table. They made this double date a great time with the entire restaurants ambiance.

Great Italian food restaurant. It was our first time there as a family and we will definitely be back. The food presentation was beautiful, the taste was on point and the service did bot disappoint. We enjoyed their Calamari, Pizza, Chicken Parmesan and the risotto. Everything was delicious. Risotto was perfectly cooked. I would definitely recommend the Cesar salad. The dressing is made in house. It was definitely one of the best cesar salads we've tried.

It has been a while since being able to enjoy dining out following the latest covid restrictions. Looked forward to the pizza we remembered having regularly at lunch. Don't know what they did to the pizza but the crust was doughy and under cooked Taste was fine but not up to the original fare we had come to expect .

Had a fantastic meal and experience last night at One Fine Food, so much so that I'm still thinking about it this morning! First things first, our waitress was lovely, and very helpful. To start, we had the brussel/cauliflower fritto ...oh my goodness we eat every last crumb, and it was a healthy portion! For the main, I had the Cornish hen, sooo delish, with a side of roasted beets done perfectly. The best part was the little additions to the dishes that brought unexpected and delightful flavours. The quality was excellent. And the white wine, yum! Despite being nicely full, we headed over for some fun at the Gelato Bar. After tasting all the flavours we decided that taking a large container home was a must! So happy to know we can get gelato in Peterborough. It is as good as the gelato I get in Little Italy in Toronto! We'll be back again and again...

My husband and I decided to try out the restaurant while on a day out together. We are from Peterborough and were excited to try out something new. We were not disappointed!! The food and service were absolutely amazing. My husband tried some of their delicious pizza cooked in their authentic stone oven while I had a panini and homemade soup. Both meals were absolutely delicious, fresh and flavourful. Our waitress was so attentive, coming back multiple times throughout the meal to refill waters and ask if we needed anything else. We had gelato at their cafe for dessert and it was by far the best gelato I have ever tried. Overall the entire experience will definitely have us coming back for more and spreading the word on One Fine Foods!

The atmosphere is nice, the service was ok (I've had better but I've also had worse) my gnocchi was good and my husband enjoyed his pizza. A solid 4 stars if I had not ordered dessert. I was sceptical to order the $10 cannoli but I respect the craftsmanship that goes into them and we were celebrating a birthday and an anniversary so I decided to splurge. From the moment it arrived at the table I was put off, the menu said Vanilla ricotta but instead one was orange and the other strawberry rhubarb. Not wanting to cause I scene on this special night I smiled and ate my cannoli. The filling of the Orange one was good, the pastry was quite hard but taste ok, however the second one was gross! The filing was chalky like it had been sitting around for a while and the pastry was mushy. So not what I ordered, extremely small (little more then 2 bites) and old to boot! Can't see us being repeated customers but worth a try if you skip dessert.

Went in for dinner several nights ago. My 3 year old LOVED her kids pizza - and she's picky about pizza! My husband and I shared apps and mains. Had calamari, (nice that it's not deep fried!) polenta frites (again 3 year old loved) and risotto balls. All so delicious and cooked perfectly! Tomato dipping sauce was simple yet to die for! I ended up dipping our bread in it too! Mains were seafood carbonara with fresh pasta of course, and another pizza. Delicious. Just perfect. Small touches made it special (chili oil on pizza, and that delicious fresh pasta with perfect tender scallops). Service was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Came to check on us multiple times. Atmosphere was very cozy and relaxed yet classy. Definitely going back again and again!

I absolutely loved this restaurant. The food was super fresh and flavorful. They make everything in house and you can tell with the flavors. Our server, Montana, was great; very attentive and informative. I shared the salami platter with some friends and got the spaghetti and meatballs as my main. Highly recommend!

Amazing place for Peterborough. As much locally sourced as possible. Excellent wait staff. Explained everything. Kids loved the wood fired oven for pizza and the guys flipping dough. Awesome flavours. Food was a hit all around. Loved the One Wine. Nice touch! Definitely a fan.

Excellent lunch today. Delicious salad followed by a pizza with a spicy salami style meat and followed with a gelato & biscotti. Tuesday lunch hour and the place was packed. A testament to the quality and friendly staff.

In town for a hockey tournament and picked up some pizza to go. Pizza's were all amazing. Fresh ingredients and well made. Also grabbed some baked goods and groceries. The whole place was impressive. This is a great facility with all kinds of quality food experiences. Well done. Will be back any time we're in Peterborough.

Still debating if it was the 2nd or the best meal I've ever had in Peterborough. Either way, the food blew me away. I got the chicken masala, FYI

Don't be shy!! Best wood oven pizza with a dough to write home about. Served on a plate with some amazing EVOO. Gelato house made that will keep you coming back. Well done Christian and Kirt!!!! Worth the drive.

I entertained clients at the restaurant and was more than pleased. The service, knowledge of our waitress and her recommendation in choosing the wine was superb. The food was excellent!! Best pizza I have had.

I have tried the pizza and the bagels and both are delicious! Highly recommend this place to everyone.

My husband I were there last night and both had the pizza! It was terrific! We didn't opt for starters as the pizza's look large. No room for dessert but we have had the wonderful gelato before!

Amazing! We are always looking for a new place to have lunch when we go to Peterborough. I checked on instagram under #peterborough and I saw photos taken here. Knew we had to go. Excellent lunch, great market too! Definitely will be back.

I would give this a 5 star if there were more gluten free options...gf bread would be awesome, especially to dip! Loved the service today, and the food that I could have was awesome!
