This was our first time into Kettle Drums. The food from the luch menu was delish, the shrimp and saucage gumbo was the best that i have eaten. The Po'boy was a real treat as well. Highly recommended
I was looking for a place that was not part of the common chains and found this restaurant on tripadviser.
They did not disappoint. The appetizers were amazing and the mains were also very tasty.
They even allow you to bring your own wine on Sunday's. I don't anyone did though lol.
We will definitely come back when you can enjoy the patio.
We had a group of 8, made a reservation. The table was ready when we got there and the service was great. Our party ranged in age from 3 to 80, everyone had a good time and were well looked after by the server.
The food was fantastic! Great flavours and good portions. The pork medallions were absolutely to die for!
A long time ago when I was an engraver, I had engraved a spatula for the owner of Kettle Drums. It was a gift from their friends. I however sadly have never ate at the establishment in all the years its since been around; until tonight. The food was excellent. Some of the best food I've had in years. I think what I loved most was the Beet Salad, I've never had a salad with so many unique flavors that all compliment each other well. Will for sure be back again.
First timer yesterday evening. Service was phenomenal. Food was outstanding (BEST pasta I ever had!), and the drink selection was fun. Ambiance, and decor were on point. Only minor complaint was the noise, and lack of music. Now one of my favorite resturants in Peterborough. Cant wait to go again!
My wife and I have been there several times. Their patio is a well kept secret, the BBQ nights fantastic. We have enjoyed "date night" Thursdays many times, fantastic value and the menu is eclectic. The prosciutto wrapped fig and goat cheese appetizers are our favourite.
Lovely patio location with tree lights and river(creek) - sensational menu and loves the BBQ special ! Staff attentive and hospitable! Thanks for making our 31st wedding anniversary enjoyable

Spent a wonderful evening here tonight. We had reservations as we were a group of 11. We spent 3 hours enjoying lovely cocktails, appetisers, main course and dessert. All courses were brought out together and piping hot and when you are a group of 11( plus many other people in the restaurant ) , this is not always easy. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed there meals. Portion size and presentation was very well done. We did not feel rushed in any way once our meal was over and the service was amazing. Congrats to the entire staff. Can't wait to come back on the 27th for my Birthday :)
