Of the bat, I want to say that as in any good Chinese restaurant you should not expect the cleanest environment.
But food wise it is the beast Chinese food in Petawawa.
Ate way too much because I couldn't stop myself. I had the Su Gay chicken, the spareribs, the general tao, the fried rice, dumplings and spring rolls. All of it was great.
To add on to all this nice food, the beer is super cheap. The selection could be nicer, but for 3.50$ in a restaurant I believe it to be good enough.
So above all, good food wins and this is what this business is all about.

I ate here in February 2016 for the first time and this is hands down the BEST Chinese Restaurant in Petawawa.
Aesthetically, the establishment might appear well worn in, however although rather sterile in appearance, it is kept very clean. My family (2kids, 4 adults)were greeted by a wonderfully kind and polite server.
We all ordered from the eat-in combo menu and were greeted by HUGE servings of steamy hot food only five minutes later. Not only was the food ready fast, but it is some of the best Chinese food I have had the pleasure of sampling. The food is oiled, but not an overdone sesame slime, like many other similar restos, and the whole dish was packed with flavour.
As if my family and I weren't already impressed enough, the Chef(likely store-owner) overheard that my family was celebrating a birthday. Several pieces of divine house cake were rushed out to the table after dinner with warm birthday wishes.
I have eaten from all of Petawawa's three presently open Asian cuisine destinations, and I am pleased to report I will only ever eat Asian cuisine in Petawawa at the Dragon Inn from now on.
Amazing quality food all the time. It is authentic genuine Chinese food. There isn't a food our family has tried that we don't like. We call this Petawawa's best kept secret.
Under new management since last year. Generous portions, great value and piping hot out if the kitchen. Surprisingly good food and polite staff.
Best Chinese food in Petawawa & thats based on 23 years of going there. We have tried others in Petawawa but Dragon Inn is still the best
