We arrived right after opening on a Saturday morning and the foods were disappointing to say the least. Food looked and tasted like it was prepared several days in advance and had sat under a heat lamp since, and other foods that should have been warm were barely room temperature. Do not recommend.

Everything was cold just after opening on a Saturday not sure how that is possible but regardless. My son Zao was very sad that his waffles were cold... on his birthday no less.

I have never heard so many poor reviews of a food service establishment. Yes it's new. Yes the staff are still learning. Yes it's a work in progress. No it is not ok for a manager to refuse to assist a customer. No it is not ok to serve substandard food. No it is not ok for a manager to roll her eyes and suggest a customer is lying. That is not how you run a business. What makes things even worse is that the manager passed the buck to someone who was unable to do anything to rectify the situation without the manager's approval. And then the manager is in a closed door meeting suddenly. I have worked in food service and customer service for more than 20 years and if any of my employees ever pulled this kind of stunt they would probably be looking for a new job.

Really enjoyed the brunch ;) the baked eggs were great and we were happy to see the salad bar was fresh and not wilted :) (less onion dishes would be good though)

Given 1 start while keeping in mind it is a buffet. The selection was severely limited. The best thing on the menu was the pre made macaroni salad like the ones you get in the grocery store. This rating does not reflect the staff.

Buffet was good we went for the Prime Rib very nicely done nice assortments of other food and vegetables. Unfortunately their wasn't much of a dessert choice

Food has really gone down hill, it's like they're not even trying anymore. The food was room temperature and very very salty. I didn't even finish it.

Smaller selection than id like, seemed to be out of allot of items frequently. Food wasn't bad but definitely catered to a gentler palate.
