Review Wendy's - Penticton

We ordered a salad fries and frosty. My lady wanted a salad after we sat in the ER for hours and nothing else was really open. The Drive thru was a bit slow but the salad was actually great. They had more chicken in it then the Denny's one which was twice the price. Great job Wendy's on a healthy option that was great

For getting numerous bigger orders right bektre closing time, these guys did amazing! The food was on point, all hot and fresh and the strawberry lemonade is always delicious, tonight was no different. Ordering on the app was a breeze as well, and had a nice little bonus offer too!

Stopped to try the breakfast biscuit sandwiches this morning. Was quite shocked watching the girl making my breakfast sandwiches while I was sitting in my vehicle at the drive thru window. She was eating food from the trays she gets the ingredients for the breakfast sandwiches. This is in excusable. I just about threw up. I got my order and went to work and promptly threw it in the trash. I know people don’t make a lot of money working these jobs. Maybe she couldn’t afford food to eat. I really think this business needs to train there people better . Or have B.C. health come in and explain how a food establishment should be run. Hopefully this is a learning moment for this place. This is extremely disappointing as this town needs some other fast breakfast options. Please address this I wouldn’t leave a comment if I didn’t think it was important.

It's very upsetting to wait in long lineups with this gas price. For deliveries they usually had back door before but they just shut that off and which is very disappointing. Maybe if they will open that again would be little helpful for skip drivers.

Tried the breakfast today it was awful. The bacon was so thin and overcooked I thought I was biting into egg shells. And the sausage was spicy.. I don't mind spice normally. But at 9am when your not expecting it, it's very off-putting. They really should advertise that the sausage patties are spicy. At least warn people.

They guys close their lobby so early that skip drivers like me have to wait in big lineups of their drive thru for long time. They closed their back door as well for skip drivers and with that much price of gas it’s not worth it for us to wait their for that much long time with leaving our cars running . It’s such a waste of time and gas. This is totally stupid, they need to work on it and fix this issue. I will really appreciate if they open their back door again for delivery drivers. Thank you.

Hi I am a skip driver and I have to wait in big lineups at drive thru to pick delivery. This is waste of time and gas because they closed their side door for skip the dishes drivers. Before it used to be open and most of the time i was collecting my order from there but now the management decided to lock their side door and let us wait in their big lineups . By waiting for such a long time……customer’s food get cold and we get the bad reviews. So it’s my humble request if someone can look after for this issue.

Used to never have any complaints, but last couple times there have been things missing. Condiments that are empty at the counter, so instead of running to the storage room to get more, they just don't put them in bag. Lazy, poorly trained kids. And to all you whiny Skip the dishes drivers, looks good on you. Half of you steal food from the bags and sometimes you don't show up with a $150 order and report it as delivered. So Skip won't refund. Bunch of crooks.
