Realistically it’s a 2.5 star but the customer service was pleasant so I’ll give them that extra 1/2. A lot of complimentary reviews here which I don’t get. I had deluxe and Hawaiian. The dough is meh, the cheese (tho plentiful) is low quality, as are the meats. If one had never had pizza anywhere else (or never sober) I could see liking this place but as it stands this pizza is subpar. Give it a pass.

We ordered from them last night. When we got the order it was wrong. They shorted us on the chicken wings and we got a medium pizza instead of a large. We called in right away and the person on the phone supposedly made it right. Then we called in again today the said no to what they had agreed on and when we asked to talk to the manager they said the manger was too busy and then hung up the phone on us... We have ordered from them for years because we liked the food. They have just lost a good customer

Super late delivery and NOT because of the driver! The owner lied when we called to ask where are food was. Then lied again with the driver standing right in front of me. Then hung up on me because I wanted a SMALL discount.. What a disgrace! The food is so not worth it! Artificial bacon bits on the ceasar salads but advertises as fresh ingredients. Spend your money somewhere else!!!

Holy smoking deals Batman!!! With a seven person household; we look for the best bang for our buck. We frequently order the 3 topping times 3 pizzas for 30...best deal in town and best pizza....tonight we took a gamble on the chicken....thoroughly satisfied!! Never call KFC or Pizzahut again!! Thank Italianos!!

The absolute worst tasting greasiest slimy food I've ever had in my life. Crusts are made of cardboard have no flavor. Wings were slimy and wet and the pizza fell apart before you could even pick it out of the box. I specifically asked them if their pizza was good due to the fact that it was attached to a convenience store and when I got for an answer was we have the best pizza in town. If this is the best Penticton has to offer , I won't come back!
To top it all off we had to wait 45 minutes for our order to be picked up.
