Review Tacotime Penticton - Penticton

Not sure what’s with all the negative comments but I’ve never had an issue with this location. Been coming here every couple weeks for close to 4 years now. They have never once screwed up my order which is actually incredible if you think about it especially compared to some of the other fast food joints in town where you need to check your order before you drive away. Are they the fastest fast food in town? No. But they have to make every taco and burrito to order, there isn’t a pile of them sitting there getting soggy and that takes time. I’ve witnessed the manager making 3 tacos at once in one hand while the other hand grabbed filling, It was actually impressive, I’d make a huge mess trying that. Unless you are an annoying customer making 20 modifications to your order I don’t see how this place would ever make a mistake. Maybe you should stop being so picky and just enjoy your tacos.

We are regular customers at this tacotime Always the most pleasant service at the drive through. The burritos are perfect every time Warm, never sloppy. Generous and right proportioned ingredients.

I love taco time. Tacos are good at this location. But I like a sweet dessert after a hot taco. and I order the crustos and they are always terrible. Usually stale and no cinnamon sugar.

Head office doesnt care. This is the worst TacoTime but they dont even respond. There are other choices. Walk away. This location is rude and abuses people regular. The only thing keeping it alive is the chain brand name. Otherwise not a soul would enter. TacoTime, close this place or give someone more responsible another location in Penticton and let the market do the work for you.

Like in the movie, they f@&k you at the drive thru. They know you will be miles away before you realize it. The photo shows the crisp meat burrito was really overcooked. I could have pounded nails with this product. Check your order and if it is not right, do NOT accept it and have it done over.

Whoever was working at 1:50 pm on February 22, 2022 needs a raise. The food was probably the best I've had at a taco time and the drive tru worker was very sweet.

Worst managed employees I have ever encountered and their food isn't any better. THE ONLY THING THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY and if they screw up your order , the staff think you should apologize to them as its your fault for ordering wrong and they couldn't have possibly heard or entered it in wrong. They are apparently NEVER at fault, you are. When you call them on their mistake and tell them to take accountability the first thing out their mouth is that you're abusing the minimun wage worker. My guess is this line is used regularly for sympathy. Which I do have for workers that honestly deserve the sympathy and respect, however there are none at this location guaranteed. And after confrontation was over and we sat to eat she went in back and bad mouthed us loudly the whole time we sat in to eat. No apologies. Taco Time, I usually enjoy my meal but you definitely made it a horrible experience that will make me rethink ever going back. My advice....get rid of mouthy employees (this isn't the first time I have heard her do this, it was just the first time directed at us)

This taco time has gone completely down hill in the past couple of years. They do not care about quality at all anymore. They take any shortcuts they can to save money. The food is not fresh and is often old and stale. They have also cut the portions and do not add enough toppings to anything you order. I have tried giving this place many chances because I used to be a frequent customer and loved the food. But they have let me down time and time again recently. I have received moldy tortillas, stale food and way over microwaved food. The food is honestly gross now. And the staff seem to not care at all, awful customer service and bad quality.
