Review Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Penticton

Access to drive-thru and parking lot is a bit of a challenge. It is a one-way lot. Once parked in one of the few empty spots, proceeded to restaurant. The menu was lit up to an extreme brightness. Once ordered I asked for washroom key and was informed that the washrooms are closed because closing time is coming up. So I was able to spend my money but not use the facilities. It took almost 15 minutes to receive the blizzard. Which was agonizing as to my condition. Ugh! I little decency goes along way. I won't have a good feeling about this DQ next time I'm craving ice cream so I will go to another chain.

I love dairy queen, but they consistantly get my order wrong even when I repeat it for them. And today when I asked them to fix it they got rude. I wish their was a better run location in town

Blizzard was runny, DQ coupons not accepted. Don't waste your time, hit up a local spot like Tickleberry’s. It'll cost the same, but it's real ice cream to boot!

I had ordered blizzards a little while ago and they were basically vanilla ice cream. Very flavorless. But I gave another chance and thus time they Wouldnt answer my question about an item, (asking if they had it) tried charging for a kids cone. I ordered a poutine got it home and the container was only half full.

Very efficient quick and very friendly staff. Great meal deals for 6.00 or 7.00 which includes a dessert! Got the bacon 1/4 cheeseburger meal and poutined the fries for only 1.00 more. It was very friendly service and they gave me a number while I wait for my order to be prepared. I liked the suggestion from the clerk you want keep your receipt and if you are eating in you can bring it up to the counter after you eat and get the dessert then. Burger and poutine tasted OK for the value but dessert after finished it off just right. Great for a meal lunch or afternoon when you need something to fill you up for awhile.

Almost $10 for a large Blizzard and $7 for my favorite Peanut Buster Parfait that seems to keep getting smaller. Overpriced, I'd rather go to Tickleberries.

Super friendly staff who create ice milk treats to make almost everyone happy in their tummy! My grand-kidlets sure were!

Nice personable service. The chocolate dipped cone was great, not too much chocolate like last time, good that they've fixed that, double dipping the cones created too thick a coating and made the ice run all over. Couldn't eat it and drive, lol. Not anymore, nice!
