Better than expected! For only $10.95 my expectations were pretty rock bottom. I am happy to say that most of the food was pretty decent and well in the edible range. There were two items out of 20 that didn't make the cut but other than that it was a solid success. The other clientele also provided ample entertainment as well as commentary on the wheel of fortune that was playing.

$11 for an adult buffet. Awesome price! Fresh veggies were a little shady but everything else was absolutely delicious. Homemade hot sauce was incredible and had the best smoky flavour. Desserts were store-bought cheap things but the actual Chinese food was to die for. Service was great for a buffet. They brought over special little treats for the kids. Will definitely be back again!

They would get a 5 star solely on customer service alone. They were fantastic. They definitely go above and beyond with their service. The server, I believe her name was Emily was superb and went out of our way to pay attention to our 2 children. She was the highlight of our time there. The food is decent. It's what you would expect for a buffet. If they had crab legs for dinner they definitely would have gotten 5 stars

Tried going here in 2016, and the previous hostess woman was completely rude, we never returned. However, this evening our usual spot was closed by the time we came around, so we decided to give it another chance. Upon arriving, I was scolded because my baby wasn’t wearing a winter Jacket. We parked right outside the front door on the corner, and it is unsafe for my youngest to wear a thick jacket in his infant car seat. Although he was in a blanket, long sleeves, gloves and a hat, the lady still made many comments which made me feel embarrassed, and very uncomfortable. Dinner wasn’t very good. A lot of the food was over cooked, and very hard to cut, as the dumplings for example, were so hard, cutting through it felt like Jerkey. I see so many positive comments, but I wonder if they’re even for the same place. Over the years I’ve only become more and more disappointed with this place. I had one small plate and had to leave. -1⭐️

Avoid like the plague! I used to eat here a couple times a month but the last order I had (ginger beef) had a very strong smell and taste of fish. As this was a take out order I called the next day to complain They wouldn’t replace the order and the woman said if your not happy don’t come back!

Went for dinner last night. We stopped in to preorder at 9:25pm and told the server we'd be back to eat 10 minutes later. When we got back and seated ourselves, server Helen who had sat at a table when we ordered our food, still sat there and now tried to tell us we had to leave and eat our food at home as the Restaurant was going to close at 10pm. She literally tried to kick us out, and repeatedly said the food was packed to go and we weren't allowed to eat in. Thankfully the other server and cook made up for it by trying to accommodate. Helen remained at that table, watching us while eating until we left at 9:55. Never experienced worse service than that offered by Helen. On a positive note, the Won Ton soup was the best I've tasted in Canada.

DO NOT EAT HERE! All the food tasted horrible and my whole family is disgusted. Good money was wasted here! The chicken balls were soggy and cold. The sweet and sour pork didn't taste like pork.. I do not believe the meat was from a pig. Even the fortune cookies were flimsy and gross. I do not doubt I will get food poisoning from this meal.

Great selection for a memoir and amazing food. Live there dinners for how were many people. They have a great portion for their prices. Tenor buffet has a good selection and is warm.

Tuesday dec 02 2014<br/>437 Martin St<br/>Penticton, BC V2A 5L1<br/>My wife, I and a friend were eating sub's, when customers entered the store, and a breeze caused<br/>a framed poster/picture of various buns to come off the wall bounced off my wife's head and then struck me in the head as well.<br/>The manager and an employee witnessed the event, and the manager picked up the picture and returned behind the counter, without saying a word, to me.<br/>My wife had a headache and minor cut finger and I bit my tongue, as I was biting when struck.<br/>As we were leaving the Manger ran into the back of the store, I assume to avoid us.<br/>When I got home I removed my plate and false tooth to brush teeth/mouth after eating<br/>(second tooth upper right hand side) and found the plate was busted in half and the tooth itself was no longer attached as the break ran along the left side of the tooth. The retaining wires held the plate together prior to removal.<br/>I tried "Crazy Glue" no luck and then tried a 2 part epoxy resin/glue for plastic that failed as well.<br/>I am extremely uncomfortable and self conscious regarding being seen without a front tooth smiling is out of the question, and will be unable to participate in the holiday festivities Birthday dec 18, Christmas and New years. <br/>Security Camera's will corroborate my version of the event's. <br/>I suspect the picture three foot by five foot, may have come loose as a result of routine cleaning, as the winds were not extreme.<br/>I feel compelled to request expedited compensation for ruined holidays, as well as plate/tooth replacement costs (estimates will be found tomorrow morning)<br/>In now way do I suggest it was a deliberate act, just an accident due to negligence in the cleaning routine.<br/>Wind (km/h) 4pm 17 S 5pm 4 NNE <br/>http://www.accuweather.com/.../v2a/hourly-weather-fore.../52916...<br/>Please secure the Video Evidence should a law suit become necessary, although I have two personal witness's and one Subway employee and one Subway manager as witness's to the event.<br/>cc. dennisbaker2003@hotmail.com <br/>dennisbaker2003@gmail.com<br/><br/><br/>Subway Canada Thank you for bringing this to our immediate attention, and we would like to address this incident immediately with the store owner.
