Order included Bento boxes Salmon nigiri Many types if tempura Ramen noodle wonton bowl Many different rolls Spring rolls The only thing that was of decent taste or quality was the stir fry's [beef, chicken and shrimp] in the bento boxes and the 3 wontons in the bowl. Tempura was horrible...chewy/

Ordered food. Man behind counter very abrupt What you want to order? Told him one item about to tell him next and he meanly says HOLD ON. Then he says card or cash? Very mean personality .

Good service, but not enough quantity. I ordered a side order of ricr for $4 and they gave me a very small portion. I used to work in an Edo Japan franchise and this is not what they do the same order.

I come her often but The service I got today from what I’m pretty sure was the manager was very bad I work in customer service and am disappointed in how I was treated knowing how I’m supposed to treat customers. I noticed that other customers were disappointed in his service as well. Not impressed
