DONT ORDER THE WINGS. Very disappointing & pretty sure I got food poisoning. I’ll be in touch with customer care ! This is really bad. Train your staff better. I think OH&S needs to come inspect the kitchen. Prices are insane as well

Very dissatisfied with our order here. Not only were our salt and paper wings way over cooked and burned, we were left some hair on our pizza. Won't be ordering from Panago again.

I ordered from here last night, today I am so sick, I feel like I got food poisoning. I would like a refund. I’m at work, I got sweets, multiple trips to the bathroom. Ugh. I e always had pizza else where & never have experienced this B4 🤢

First time ordering here and all tho the prices is outrageous their pizza is alright I don’t like eating pork meat so I’m glad this place offers a meat free pepperoni and I live for it! Taste delicious would order again

My chicken wings was undercooked all pink on the inside. Whenever I order a 2 litter it never shows up only the pizza.

Not sure if this place has new operators because it used to be sort of good.....but if you want burnt, dried out pizza, where they don't even consider a refund for a horrible meal- then this is your best bet in town.

Ordered pizza, had “new delivery driver” Larry (he mentioned it was his first night!) what an absolute gem, fantastic service, forgot one of our dips, drove back & brought it to us within 10 minutes, if I could request this gentlemen to deliver our pizza always, I would do it. Pizza was super good. We had the new york deli with extra cheese and fresh tomatoes. Also had the chicken taqueria salad, which is frickin amazing. I've ordered it before and really liked it and it was the same awesomeness this time also. Delivery was prompt and friendly. Well done, Panago Penticton
