DRIVE THRU ONLY ---- RESTAURANT CLOSED FOREVER!!!!!!
The sit down restaurant has been closed for months at this location!!!! Manager does not want to hire, train, or cleanup inside. It is a 100% lie do to labor shortage, as no other sit down restaurant in Penticton has a closed inside. Please prove me wrong. Wendy, King, Golden Arches, Hortons ALL OPEN to sit inside! That sign has been on the door for so long it's faded and wrinkled. If you sit in their parking lot you will see lots of people go and try the door probably every 5-10 minutes to eat inside.
I will be contacting Popeyes Head office about this. Open your restaurant and prove me wrong and I will remove this 1 star review. Don't respond to this review "Labor shortage due to covid" that is a 100% lie!

Your website shows your location open until 11pm and you decided to have your own business hours, by closing at 8pm without informing your corporate and update on the website. Also you allowed your customers who are not from this town to pay online and never get the food they paid for because YOUR STORE CLOSED EARLIER THAN IT ADVERTISED. How can you scam people like this and get away with it???

Took a bit to get our order (fried chicken dinner) bit it was piping hot and fresh. Chicken tasted pike it had been cooked in fresh oil, the fries were crisp, and the biscuits were good. One issue, my coke was flat do I had to get a different one - however - the return was without hassle and wasn't a problem. Other than the wait time - was a pretty good meal for fast food.

Started off strong now it's par for the course for fast fried chicken.
Last visit tasted like the oil was on the edge of going bad. So results may vary.
I do like the biscuits though.

Popeye's Penticton introduced me to the brand. What an introduction it was.
The crispiness of the chicken is complemented by the softness of the bun. Blending the two flavours together are, dare I say, buttered and toasted buns, layered with mayo? Unreal. The pickles on the lower half of the sandwich cut the richness of the fried chicken perfectly.
While I am not one to hop on trends, it is clear why this fried chicken sandwich has become so popular.
The Cajun fries, unlike fries from other fast food locations, hold up even when cold. The biscuits are somehow nostalgic, with a light saltiness and doughy, flaky interior. The chicken tenders... Well, the chicken tenders were reviewed by my 5 year old as "we should come back here."

We drive through when we go here. The food is consistently very good but the service is even better. The staff are very friendly and make an honest effort to connect with customers even when they are very busy. It is appreciated!

If you are looking for a fast, delicious, hot meal, Penticton's Popeyes Chicken is the perfect place to go. The chicken is so flavourful and the coleslaw always tastes fresh. The staff is great!

Order 2 chicken burgers one spicy on mild fries and pie. I also threw $1 in tip cup.
Got 2 mild burgers, a small amount of fries after 15 min.
I had to go to the counter to ask if order was placed, right after that they made the order while I was standing there.
Couldn’t be bothered to go back and complain about the burgers plus they could barely speak english.
One bad experience at this restaurant
KFC would have probably been a better choice for service.
