Good people and good drinks are a great mix! If that's what you want then Starbucks is the place to go! If you can't see it on the menu, its probably still there! Customized orders in your own cups!

Social Distancing is not being inforced well enough. I was forced in between a large crowd of people. The line was moving faster than the people were moving to their proper social distancing markers. Great staff though. The person on the till was being trained so it's not their fault.

Other then that,,,,, it's Starbucks.. Always a consistent cup of coffee.

I love Starbucks coffee and buy it to make at home. This is the third time I have had coffee ground in this place where the grind was too coarse. The last two times, when I have returned, the baristas say, "oh yes, our machine wasn't working properly". It seems stupid that I have to check my own grind every time I go there.

Was at the Cherry Lane location before 10 am this morning and while the woman at the cash was very pleasant, the Batista on the other hand was dismissive barely grunting a reply to a question I asked her. It wasn't busy or I wouldn't have asked her when did the policy change regarding tattoos not having to be covered. I have been a customer of Starbucks for over 20 years and have come to expect good customer service no matter what you look like. I don't say negative comments easily. I hope that she can find some joy in her work.

Baristas aren't the greatest here but It is busy most of the time so I assume they sacrifice drink quality in favour of delivering in a timely manner. A lot of Starbucks have this problem only few can deliver on both. Coffee is Coffee though.

Overall it is what you expect from a starbucks in regards to service from the order takers. I was just not overly impressed with the drink barista who stated she didn't know how well she could make the cappuccino dry... seems like and odd thing to say. We had a big order, 6 drinks, and she complained about 4 of them. And admitted to making an error on one of the drinks but failed to fix it. I cannot let one baristas attitude take away from the great service of the rest but she really needs to rethink her customer service.
