Review Tim Hortons - Parry Sound

I'm glad I'm only visiting. Thus is one of the worse tim Hortons I have ever been in. The old lady that took my order was more interested in chatting with her employees then getting my order ready. Thank you to the young lady that seen thus and got my order ready. Never will return here.

I have used this location since it opened but with covid had not been there for a few years. Today I spent $37.53 cents for three beef craveables and one chicken craveable. Plus four tea and coffees. I was never so disappointed as I was with the beef craveables. We were driving south and opened our sandwich when on the road. They were so dry they were barely palatable. When I opened my sandwich I realized they forgot to put any horseradish sauce. It was beef a slice of cheddar and onions. Very sad to say I waited in line 20 minutes for that. I will not return to this location.

The supervisor was doing a great job managing this location today during the rogers service outage.

I ordered grill cheese and i think they forgot about cheese….. working all day so you can have some good here but service is zero plus the attitude of staff😡………

Good quick service. I had a large order for 4 people and didn't miss a thing .

I sat at my table waiting for 45 minutes. Not once did an employee come to wash my hands. What on earth is that employees must wash hands sign for?

I've been going here for 30 years, but the service is going down hill so fast...I've gone from no mistakes, to 3,- 4 times in a work week, my order is wrong when I get to work I can't turn around and come back.. I spend the night over $25 a day GAURANTEED!!!!.PLEASE START TO CARE ABOUT US AGAIN..NOT JUST THE BOTTOM DOLLAR.....

Too many chances have been given. After 4 times in a row of getting my order completely wrong. I will literally never come to this location again. The service is beyond terrible.
