Review Starbucks - Parksville

I stopped in on Saturday afternoon for a beverage and made the mistake of going into the store for a latte… I was able to order fairly quickly as the cashier was ringing the orders through left, right and centre; however, it took significantly longer for the orders to be made as the drive thru was busy and mobile order patrons kept coming into the store.

So slow! Come on guys, could you at least pretend my time has value? A double double should be sweet and creamy. I’m gonna have to take this home and put more cream and sugar in it to make it drinkable.🤢

As others have stated beverage took too long. Sarah the barista was the rudest barista I've ever experienced. I don't spend over $6 on a specialty coffee to start my day with 'attitude'.

Starbucks was wonderful today! I used my app and other than the wait in the drive thru it was a quick and easy pickup! We each had something different! Dragon Fruit Lemonade Refresher, Green Tea Frapp. Pumpkin Spice Frapp and a Mocha with no whip.

Extremely slow service. I saw the drive thru times and it was 16 min. My drink was a simple strawberry lemonade. I've been waiting 10 mins now. 4 people on staff. Worst service at any Starbucks I've been to. Even through the pandemic.

These employees have to deal with some of the most entitled, and rude customers I’ve seen. I was a SB barista for 6 years in Vancouver and each time I go to this location during peak hours I am in awe at the public and how they treat these workers ESPECIALLY in a small community. I know first hand how exhausting it is to have to put up with bs and have to still smile and be kind to keep a paycheque. To the Parksville public: Use your last two brain cells to have some patience when the store is quite clearly busy. Also, throwing a fit is just embarrassing in your mid 40s and yes I am judging you. To the staff: Thank you for pushing through this pandemic, and still managing to smile. Your upbeat attitude brings joy to my day each time. :)

Worst starbucks out there . Ordered inside a simple flat white ... 15 min later still not made .. was told mobile orders and drive-thru was 1st priority..lol what a lame excuse... servers are rude in there too . Will never use this location again .got my money back and headed out ... the customer service is slacking... not even a apology... terrible.

It's almost painful how slow this Starbucks is. I try to give them the benefit of doubt, in that I'm sure they're doing their best, but, prepare to wait a hell of a long time, ESPECIALLY in store.
