Saigon garden is probably one of the best restaurants In Parksville, having a decently sized menu. Good portions and great pricing, though it is small so it is a good idea to take the food out.
i been coming for the past 5 years and it never disappoint me. the food is soo good and special the wonton soup is my fav. the waitress is soo nice and friendly! i think she's one one the nicest waitress i've meet. prices is cheap and good atmosphere...
Nothing authentic about this place. No basil with pho and it tastes like beef and water no flavour. I think locals think this place is good because they have never had a real bowl of 🍜
