A wonderful Japanese run sushi restaurant here in Parksville.
All tables were full and though there was only one lady, presumably the wife? Seating, taking orders, serving, clearing and setting the tables..and answering the phone!
She managed to do it efficiently...it was perfect! With a smile yet!
Absolutely wonderful, the food here was amazing!! I definitely wish I could eat here more often. I was only in town for two days but if I do go back I'm definitely eating from there again. I was a little confused at first when making my order but the waitress was very nice and she helped me out. I g
Quite possibly the best Katsu Don I've ever had. Great BC roll and excellent gyoza too. Very good service and friendly staff! Definitely check this place out.
Came in for take out as we were driving down from camping up island. I was so surprised that it was japanese run as most sushi restaurants are korean run or just something else… did not disappoint at all!!! The greeting waitress was so sweet, kind, friendly and efficient. I got my food within liter
A great place for Japanese food and very good variety and price as well. We highly recommend the tempura appy and the gyoza to start. Then the BC salmon skin roll and the Ocean roll which had salmon, tuna, scallop, asparagus and fish roe. Good service as well. We will be back!

Been going there since Grade School . They have a great atmosphere coupled with Japanese Decor it sets the mood for a great time and they always have some lovely specials .

Sushi ichi is the best sushi in town, always my first choice. It’s Always fresh , authentic and the service is always amazing! Super friendly and skilled staff, and the chef Nobu is so talented. Try the sashimi and the dragon roll they are always my go to!
