Reviews Tim Hortons

Okay, seriously folks. This is, firstly, one of those cat vs dog things. People either love Timmy's or they love Starbucks, with very few people straddling the fence. Full disclosure here... I am the former. I don't just like Timmy's, I believe I may be addicted. I find their coffee to be delicious. It's not just their coffee but their food offerings that makes them rise above all others. (Editor: opinion only...) Their breakfast and lunch menus consist of so many choices that that you can find virtually anything that caters to your tastes. BTW, in case one wants to validate their favourite and most frequent coffee seed destination, see what comes up on your keyboard when you type coffee... On to the store review itself. The store is conveniently located right by parking spaces . All spaces are rarely taken as most people have pre-ordered and just run in. Times that tend to be very busy in-store are first thing in the morning (until about 8:30), noon-ish and when schools on Montgomery get out (around 3). However, all that becomes moot as the best part is the pre-ordering. I used to advance order from about 5-10 kms away, thinking it would take quite a while to get my order ready with it being busy. However once I saw how quickly my order was ready I began ordering from shorter and shorter distances until I simply ended up ordering when I parked outside of Timmy's. I would then order, park and wait 5 minutes and then walk in and grab my order. I have never had a situation here wherein i have had to wait for my order unless it was due to an item temporarily unavailable (usually a donut) and needed to choose a substitute. Never had the wrong order, nor ever had to wait beyond 5 minutes for my order to be ready. The staff there are very friendly, very helpful, and are extremely efficient. The app is very simple to use, very intuitive and provides one with all the necessities to submit an order like the In-store experience without the lineup. I give this Timmy's a 5 star rating not on the basis of it being simply a Timmy's (that I love, see above) but due to its service, location, staff, and ease and the speed of their pre-ordering.

People there often have the smile and are happy to serve you. Very rarely I have mistakes in my orders

Literally the best Tim Horton’s in the entire world. I don’t know what they are doing differently, but every time I stop there it’s friggin’ delicious.

I went here on my way home from a vacation at the Château Montebello, and my parents had the bright idea to make me order in French. We were in Quebec, after all, so they probably wouldn't understand me otherwise. As I stumbled through "café au deux crèmes" and "beignet aux pommes", it became clear that the staff were all fluent in English. They were very nice and patient about the whole thing, though.
