I ordered the new grand mac and it was raw. They made me a new one but I was expecting more at least some points or a refund, it took awhile for them to make a new one and we were heading to a movie so I had to eat quickly and didn't enjoy the meal

My chicken nuggets were so old that the texture in my mouth felt like they had been dehydrated. If they were actually dehydrated they would have been a little warmer. I would have waited for fresh, any so would everyone else. I threw them out, thanks!

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order in the restaurant, all workers seemed to be helping drive thru instead of the front counter despite having a line up. I get it was lunch time however when did drive thru become priority over the in store customers?

Ordered threw the drive thru at 720pm on June 28th. Waited in line until 744pm. Got to the window and was asked to park. This location needs management that knows what it is doing on ALL shifts! Finally recieved my food at 747pm! The wait was absolutely pathetic.

Good customer service and friendly staff. Seems clean and pretty quick at drive thru. Foods usually accurate and fresh (for fast food). Accessible doors and easy entrance. My reason for 3 stars is that they charge for mac sauce but do not charge for ketchup? I like mac sauce on the side for my burge
