Review Harvey's - Owen Sound

The food was food. BUT the little lady serving rude .. my husband asked what's a southern Canuck and got " the what?" He repeated and got " umm I am not to sure and really I am to tires to bother and we are closed." We are standing in front of her. We order and three times we repeated. She sighed and made faces and complained to the cook. When supervisor came in she was nice as pie and when he walked away it was sign and huff. He was drive thru working and trying to do a clean up while she stood there. Someone needs an owner to step in.

Favorite place to grab a quick bite to eat in owen sound. Staff are easy to talk to and good amount of choices for burger customization

So I want to give a 5 star rating to this Harvey’s. Not only did they get back to me about my complaint in a VERY timely manner, they were polite and very considerate. Even offered me a free drink for the issue. Drive thru lines are long.. but I mean, when the food is good what can you say? I will be back in the future - as my hubby LOVES the wings. 🤣 Keep up the good work to all the staff there! Y’all are doing amazing.

I am a big fan Harvey’s although this location is disappointing. I am normally a patient person but waited 15 minutes to even order and then another 10 before I got to the window. I know working food service isn’t always sunshine and rainbows (because I’ve done it) but the girl at the window didn’t even speak to me. Just held the debit machine out the window. When I received my food my wrap was barely wrapped and everything was falling out. Trying to be positive so maybe next time I will go inside to see if that’s any faster.

Worth the wait, getting the Harvey's burger with Swiss Chalet fries is awesome.

Worse place to get the food for skip driver. I had stand in rain for 10 min, not goning to accept the order from there as skip driver
