We have the Tim Hortons app and had the coupon for 2 can dine for 8.99 (two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches). We asked *before* we ordered if the steak breakfast sandwich was included and were assured it was. When we got to the window the price didn't adjust, the teen worker said "guess it wasn't included". It was moderately rude, but at that moment his manager (we heard him call her Ann) came stomping over and asked him so rudely what the hold up was. The window closed but we could still hear her berating the staff about the mistake. She opened the window and roughly handed us the machine with the price adjusted by a dollar (not at all the savings of the coupon but by that point we just wanted to leave) and said in the nastiest tone. "Just so you know for the next time you order, steak isn't included". No apologies, no pleasantries, just so shockingly rude. It's not even about the coupon, it was just so distasteful the way she spoke to us and her poor staff. I couldn't imagine working with someone like that.

Bought our drinks and some timbits. We were RUDELY REFUSED a cup of water and it was quoted that this franchise only sells bottles of water or provides water in china cups THAT YOU HAVE TO DRINK ON THE SPOT. Thats ridiculous a statement I didnot just walk in and asked for water I was paying customer. I was told it is a written franchise policy but they could not show it to me. All members of the staff were extremely rude when i asked to see if there is any written statement about such a thing from the franchise. We were asked to leave because of this question. I have travelled from east to west coast in canada and been to multiple of this franchise. Never did I experienced such bad behaviour! Dear franchise owner, Teach your crew some COURTESY as this is a customer service industry. And also rethink about such made up rules as Its not in franchise written policies through out the entire country. Thanks

Good place for a coffee or a snack. The staff are friendly and service is pretty quick for drive thru or walking in.

Went through the drive through they never got my order right they messed up the coffee and got a BLT bagel and got a BLT sandwich which the lettuce on it was absolutely disgusting its black in spots definitely wont be going back to this one any more

They have most of the things available. Socially distanced seating arrangement. Quite and calm. Good place to stop before heading towards Tobermory!

So I was at Tim Hortons downtown,.about 5 minutes ago, for 1 of my twice a week mess ups...it would be more but I only go there once a day..so after receiving my items, I notice that I am missing 2 hashbrowns, and state this to the lady...the first thing out of her mouth is not sorry, it is "we didn't charge you for them". I am pretty sure it is not my job to input my purchase into the register...not that I said that...but the look on the lady's face, pretty sure she is the owner, was one that said she was ready to fight before parting with the hashbrowns, at least for free lol when I stated I would pay for them, she offered to get me them...by this time my mood was as sour as the look On her face..wouldn't go there every day if there was another one close by, honestly..servers were nice, if inaccurate..but maybe somewhat new..mistakes will happen, just fix them...most times I am home before notice i am missing stuff and can't be bothered to go back, or to write a review

Most of the staff are very rude and ignorant, especially the manager Anne. She treats customers poorly aswell as her staff. Nicole is pleasant. The food always has issues too, i ordered a bacon and egg muffin with extra bacon and it had ONE piece of bacon on it. I expected more from a big brand! Go to downtown tim hortons!!

Today was the worst service I've had in a while. Running out of eggs for 4 breakfast sandwiches, and then handing me someone else's food with out looking to verify the correct order. In the past I have had many orders with missing food or wrong food. Why are the simple things so hard for this location?
