I wanted a new style and did not want to wait for an appointment. I had shoulder length hair that was bottom half coloured I wanted to get cut out. I wanted to return to my natural colour. I picked out 2 pics online for the shaggy pixie cut that I wanted. I know that it requires lots of cuts and texture cuts to make it move. I am not a fan of razoring. Kafi the woman who was assigned my haircut was Fantastic. I sowed her the pictures and although she didn't say no problem, she did say that she would be asking me questions about length and style as we went along. I told her I had a short pixie before and did not like it. I have a great cut that I can manage with ease. I am looking forward to playing with my hair and not just putting it in a ponytail. I normally would go to a hairdresser school but a 1.5 to 3 hour sit down is not for me anymore. Kafi was confident in her cuts and made sure I was happy all the way through. I hope my pics show the movement and style of my hair.

Hi Kathy,
I went into the shop today thinking you might be there.
Caterina's hair had such a bad birds nest in the back of
her head and I came in to see if you had a product that
could help me take it out. I worked on it for 3 hours last
night so my arm was very sore. I did maybe half and still
needed to do the other half. Anyway I wanted to let you
know that the two ladies in the shop Marcia and Linda
said they would give it a shot to try and get the rest out.
They did an amazing job they got it all out they worked
really hard to undo the huge knot. Caterina was so pleased
and thankful it was finished. They trimmed the bottom of
her hair and put it in a braid for her. You have amazing
staff who cares about their clients hair and well being and I
want you to thank them again for us on the amazing job they
did for her. I also want to thank you Kathy and your super staff

Well, I was lucky enough to have my hair cut by a beautiful woman named Yen who paid excellent attention to my unruly head of hair (I look like an extra from a 70's movie when it's time to get a haircut). She was so methodical and patient not to rush, and even added a bit extra trim when it still seemed a bit long in the back. It was I think, the most relaxing haircut I ever received. I'll definitely be going back to this location. Thanks again for a great experience Yen :)

Lovely folks work in this location, they really listen to what you tell them about your hair styling choices. I highly recommend Kathy and her staff...it's like going to see my Sister when I take Mum there!!

I highly recommend this salon! This location took precautions given the current COVID pandemic. They took my temperature, and gave me hand sanitizer upon arriving. I felt very safe, and was very happy with the quality of my haircut, and the friendly staff! It was a very enjoyable experience.
