Very clean and well equipped, very well managed in all areas.
Large parking with accessibility in both parking lot, front entrance and back entrance and elevators.
Elevators were fully renovated a few years back and their speed was taking into consideration mobility devices.

Great path near the water. Good place to observe ducks in the summer, and watch the ice flows in the late winter.
Parking is terrible but the building it self is nice, clean and newly renovated.
