A good place for a lunch in downtown Ottawa. Ordered the Hot pot. Very large quantity. The service is a little slow but all the food is extremely fresh. Like the concept of a stove on the table.
My go-to neighborhood Vietnamese spot! They do awesome, simple renditions of standard Viet fare, like pho and vermicelli bowls, and tons of vegetarian options. Definitely worth a visit!
I go to Saigon Pho a lot, mostly out of convenience. Their service is great, they do takeout in 10 minutes, and I never have a bad meal. I will admit that I have had better pho and, especially, bun in Chinatown.
Best Veggie Pho. The #35 is the best true veggie pho I have found in the city. Great price. Great atmosphere. Love the square bowls. ...I will admit, that the veggies are better when in season and can be more dodgy come Feb/March, but honestly that is to be expected.

Awesome Pho!. This place is less than a minute walk from home therefor convenience is definitely on our side. I've eaten here and ordered from here quite a bit (more on the colder days as it is perfect comfort food) and I have never been disappointed! Great place to eat! Friendly service!
Not Extraordinary, But Fine.. Came here 3 times since I've been in Ottawa, and it's always been fine. The food is ok and the prices are too. It's not an exeptional pho place, but good enough. I like their bubble teas a lot though, there's lots of variety. The service can be better, but it's not horrible.
Delicious pho. I'm a little surprised by all the negative reviews. I had a good experience at lunch today. I ordered the shrimp rice paper wrap which I thought was okay but I would probably try something else on the menu (there was too much noodle and not enough flavour). I also had the chicken pho which was delicious! There's a hint of lemon in the broth that just really brings out the whole dish. My server was very courteous and friendly. I would go back.
Good. I went with a group of about 15. Service was very good and fast. I took #97 on the menu and some spring rolls. The bill came to about $25 which i found a bit on the pricier side. But other than that i enjoyed the food.
This place was awesome! I really liked my Asian server. I would come here again.
Consistently good. I come here for Pho lunch as often as once a week. I don't think I've ever branched out beyond Pho or Vermicelli dishes, but those are always great! Prices seems consistent with other vietnamese places in the area.
Amazing. Never disappointing. delicious. fast service. awesome!
Good. I am not too fond of how they cook their beef in the pho, so I prefer to get the vegetarian pho. The vegetarian pho is very tasty and flavourful. I really like how they cook their tofu; it's not overcooked, but a bit golden. Just right. :)
It's delicious with the spring rolls, but very pricy. I'd come more often if the prices were lower.
Big menu, cheap, tasty. Compared to Vietnamese Restaurants I normally go to on the West Coast the menu was huge, with a lot of really interesting sounding things I have never tried before, but I really wanted Pho, so I just had that and some salad rolls. The soup was tasty, yet delicate, and I was able to have the option of a small bowl, and even with the salad rolls the meal was very inexpensive. If I could get such small and perfect portions it would cost 1/3 more in Victoria, so count yourself lucky Ottawa.
This is the best pho, Vietnamese, and service I've had in a long time.this was the first place we stopped when we got to Ottawa. the prices were just right for 3 starving east coasters and the portions were more then enough. The pho it's self(just the small) could have fed 2 of us. the lemon grass chicken was simply amazing with flavor and quality you can't get anywhere else downtown. I don't know what these other people who've reviewed we're on, but they had other problems rather then the food at siagon pho. worth your money
