Clean and quiet place. Friendly staff . Good came as described . Good place for a quick stop , not exactly premium ice cream but great for the kids.

Great setup to go for a cold sugary iced-treat or some greasy fast food. Most staff are students (good for youth employment) and friendly. Usually a steady flow of customers so be prepared to wait 5-10mins for lineup and your order to be ready. Store is usually clean, indoor & outdoor seating option

Place is good spot but with no one in front of us in line we were waiting about 10min to get our order taken. This place fulfills my Blizzard craving every time. Turtles is my fav. The staff here is friendly enough. There is a little outdoor seating area without much shade, so it's a race against mother nature, who's licking your ice cream when you're not looking, making it melt. Took a star off because

Super great service! Hasn’t ever messed up our order! Also has the cleanest public washrooms I’ve ever used! This is our favourite location in all of Ottawa!

Service was not the fastest but they had a new employee in the back doing some cooking. Worked at Harvey's for a long time so I understand completely. Food was perfect. Nice and hot. Not too much sauce and the onion rings tasted very much like the ones at Harvey's.
