Wing Hing Chinese food restaurant is a true treasure. The owners are compassionate and always happy to cater to our vegetarian needs. The Szechuan dish is particularly delightful, with a generous portion of cashews and the impeccable ginger sauce dishes are a must. We can't get enough of this combination - the flavors complement each other perfectly. The tofu is cooked to perfection - chewy, juicy, and never greasy or overcooked. We keep returning to Wing Hing because they consistently exceed our expectations for Chinese food. They have redefined what we thought was possible in this often oversaturated and highly Americanized cuisine. Don't let the poor reviews from college students deter you - Wing Hing has been in dedicated business for over 20 years and deserves all the credit. The portion sizes are generous and the flavors are always on point. We highly recommend Wing Hing for a delicious and satisfying meal. Five stars! They also water their impressively large and healthy plants with rice water, this small detail speaks to their care and dedication. Chinese food? Look no further.

This place is a hidden gem. I ordered shrimp egg foo young just a couple of days after I had the same thing from Golden Palace, and honestly I liked Wing Hing's better. Not only did it have more shrimp, it's bigger in portion and much cheaper. I will definitely come back to try other things in their menu.

9 year updaate still good but not a fan of this small new takeout container. Makes me go to other places that have bigger containers... But the quality diff here so it is what it is. 4 year update: ive been up n down the menu. i usually get the Almond guy ding often for my dinner. It's absolutely perfect every time. I get the chicken balls from time to time and they are crispy and delicious. The cashew buddah delight is amazing. The ppl who work here are great 2 year update: I tried a bunch of spots near my house but none offer the portions, ingredients or rice portions that I like. Some other places add corn or mushroom to the dish, not a fan. I get the Almond Guy ding regularly, it's the best in Ottawa as far as I'm concerned. It comes with enough rice to enjoy the meal with (other places offer no rice or a tiny cup. What am I guna do with a cup?) Old review: 5 star because I enjoyed the food very much. The food is good, has decent ingredients but it's good for chinese. I got their shrimp vege cashew dish. Shrimp was average size, not too small

Never had any issues here. Good size portions friendly staff and never sore tummy. If you like noodles you got to try the Shanghai noodles spicy. And don't forget crispy beef for meat lovers. Smash the two together and your good for a couple days.

Wow.... absolutely delicious!!! The best dumplings I've ever had. The chicken balls were super crispy and full of chicken. Huge quantity, value and quality so very worth the price. Will be ordering again. I meant to take pictures but we ate it so quick! Delicious.

I’ve been ordering from Wing Hing for Chinese takeout for a while now. Consistent great Chinese every time I order! I’ve ordered from every takeout place in the Nepean area and I’ll always come back to Wing Hing and it’s become my go-to since I’ve exhausted all the options. Take it from a chubby guy who loves his food! Order here!

In terms of value, probably one of the best places. Ten to eleven dollar dishes, most places are 15 to 16 bucks a dish. Be careful though as some dishes are terrible but there is quite a few good items on the menu. Imperial chicken, general tao chicken, szechuan beef and noodles. The hot and sour soup was mad garbage though and few other items were terrible. Just watch what you order, will def be returning =)
