New Pan Pizza. All I can say is wow they hit the ball out of the park with this one. The crust is crispy on the bottom light fluffy and chewy all at the same time on the inside with a butery taste that is just yummy. I was so tired of all the Ottawa Mid East style pizza with the bad pepperoni stale toppings and tastless soggy crust not to mention that modified cheese that covered everything. Toppings are called that for a reason they are on top of the cheese hence Ottawa Mid East style poor quality toppings steamed under the cheese YUCK! Not anymore I am so pleased Ottawa pizza is starting to change with ZaZA and others. The new pan has toppings right to the edge of the pizza with the cheese kissing the side of the pan to give that crunchy cheesy texture that just makes this pie. What can one say about a place that has two yes count them two types of pepperoni that is actually tasty. Toppings on top expose them to the heat crisping the pepperoni and steak giving a much desired texture so pleasant to the tounge not steamed under the cheese to hide inferrior product. You could actually taste all the topping individually as you ate it. Sauce is a mild tomato not overpowering the pie. Way to go Domino's my fait has been restored in Ottawa pizza now no more Georgies or Lorenzo's or Milanos I could go on and on right down to that soggy Collonade stuff. I tip my hat to the new king of Ottawa take out affordable pizza!
