The bread at this branch is always fantastic, any time of day I show up it is so fresh and fluffy with a good crust on the outside. The staff has been great too! Recently there seem to always be new employees but the service is, at it's worst, still above average compared to other subway shops.
Great location with friendly staff. The family that works there are fantastic and good people. My only complaint is the new people that started latley. I don't think training a new employee to make the sandwiches during a lunch/dinner rush is very productive. There are off hours for them to learn. T

We usually come here at lunch time 1 Sunday a month, but lately, I find the suvs very messy
Cheap and cheerful. They make your subs to order, plenty of fresh veggies and interesting toppings. I always get them to put "a skinny little line" of sweet onion in the veggies and then a "skinny little line" of either mustard, or chipotle sauce on the main sub. Oh and the fresh breads are so good.
Very friendly staff. Never had a bad sandwich from this location. Shop is kept clean despite having a lot of foot traffic from the mall. Seating both inside the shop and directly outside as part of a small food court.

Faisal is always personable, helpful, quick and efficient. He makes the experience at this location better than any other subway I've ever gone to.
This Subway has recently changed owners and he has made it very clear that quality comes first. I recommend everyone to stop by, you will not be disappointed by the customer service and the quality of the food!
This is one of my favourite subway to go to. This location and the other location is in barhaven (Strandheld and woodroffe). Very very clean! Subs are delicious, their bread is perfect. Friendly staff and quick service.
Absolutely love the chilli here. If you haven’t tried it, try it and you’ll be hooked and begging the owner to have it every day lol.
Best subway in Ottawa. This is the only subway I will ever eat at. Very welcoming when you walk in.
