Food is fantastic, great help on food advise. Great shisha. Fun place to go to and hang out with awesome food. Their shared plate is amazing. Good atmosphere if you want to try something new.
Great place to relax and eat delicious food!. Love this place. Gets very busy on weekend evenings but it's large enough to accomodate many. Great for some tea and lounging, and/or a wonderful feast of Middle Eastern delights. Will be returning again and again. The service is fantastic, and very quick (although sometimes they forget that you ordered, so may need a little reminder).
4 stars for the atmosphere. But decent place for having shisha at an authentic place. Would love to give other places a try too, as for now, this can't be my only go-to place. Just seems the shisha head was made at the time of the order and was pre-made which makes it a little less delightful.
This place is just amazing, the customer service is on the top, the place is comfortable. It is the best shisha place in the capital no doubts
They’ve expanded the patio for the summer! Always sit at the front! The atmosphere and staff are always incredible!
I don’t smoke Shisha, I usually get a large tea pot! Always tastes very good! Would’ve given 5 stars, but I think maybe adding in one more tea bag would really complete the tea! ☺️

This place is home I enjoy my days and nights I can come whenever I want and I’m always welcome, everyone is very respectful and now they have Tuesdays night where it feels like a Friday or Saturday it’s crazy.The staffs are kind and funny if your having a bad day they will cheer you up for sure! The shisha’s are amazing and the patio is on another level by extending it allowing more people to enjoy their evening in a beautiful weather! Music is always amazing! I highly recommend this place because you have verity things smoke and drink or come watch sports games wether it’s playoffs or finals or school work ext…. You can always enjoy your time! one of the employee named DJ is amazing this guy knows how take a business under his hand when it’s busy hard worker! Love the place you will always see me their👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The owner Malek cares about his business. Initially came into the place and had a misunderstanding with the person serving us but he came, clarified his stance and apologized for the earlier issue. All owners should learn from him.
Wow great shisha amazing lemon mint best I ever had
I was looking for a place that matched the vibe of the shisha places in Toronto and I found quite possibly one the best shisha places ever. Great hospitality and service but more importantly really good shisha. It was affordable and Ricky was a sweetheart. Bab El hara has the best shisha I've had in a while

Very chill atmosphere, great music. The service is always excellent unless they're swamped to the gills, and the staff always make a point of saying hello when they recognize me, even if they're not the ones serving me. Great selection of flavors and fantastic tea. This is the only hookah lounge I go to
Went there for the first time a few days ago with friends. Great vibe and very cool decoration, the place is huge and has a pretty nice patio. The tea was good and it’s a reasonably priced evening out with friends. It’s open late most nights too which is great.
Very chill spot. No one bothers you here...no one. The joint is usually clean except for the washrooms. Cant be unpleasant at times. Whenever i am in Ottawa i come here. So it has become part of my usual routines here as my friends that are locals visot all the time. The patio is very nice and front center in the summer. Not wheelchair accessible but a two step entry. Staff can be distant and forgetful at times when it is busy.
I love this place , been coming here since 2006 I absolutely love it ! Very well known to the owners and families that’s continue to go there. The food is amazing the shisha is awesome! The patio is open until winter , you can play backgammon and or cards you can bring your own also if you like.
