I visit this subway almost every week. Very tasty food and great service. Especially Raj and Parth, these guys always make sure the customer leaves the store happy and satisfied. Big thumbs up for these guys for always maintaining a smile even in busy times. Will keep visiting.
Best Subway in Ottawa hands down!!! Their consistency is commendable. No matter what time, what day or whose working, the subs are made to perfection. Once you eat a sub here, you’ll realize what you’ve been missing out on. Staff has been polite and courteous every time I’ve visited. The owner should be proud of the establishment!
Swore off Subway years ago, but after a visit here at the request of some guests my mind has been changed and I have been returning to this location more regularly now.
This location is very well run. Restaurant is clean and tidy, with everything stocked/faced, surfaces clearly being wiped down regularly, etc.
Ingredient prep is done with care, and it’s very noticeable from the other side of the glass. Beautiful fresh veggies. Even the tomatoes are lovely!
Always seems to have plenty of staff on shift throughout the day, and it’s quite the sight to watch them blaze through sandwiches. The best part? Even at full speed the sandwiches still come out neat and tidy! They’re always cheery and that’s a big step up over most QSRs - and something that will keep me coming back here.

Me and my 3 friends came to dine-in around 9 to 10pm few days back,
Can’t appreciate enough the service we got. We really enjoyed the the SUBS. Each sub was made with love and I don’t have words to express how perfect it was.
Front worker Raj made sure, none of the veggies or meat fell apart from the sub.
I reallyJust wanna say it was the best Subway we had after so long.

The staff is very friendly and the food seems to be fresh. The only points I'm taking off is due to the lack of Wi-Fi as it does not work and it has not worked for a long time. I don't know why they still have a Wi-Fi router if every time I connect to it it says an error.
Best sub ever!! Oh yes, they do carry veggie patties and so if you are looking for one , this store got you. Staff was amazing, they literally made the sub like home! Service was outstanding and had various sauces as well.

This subway is best place because if you order online or in-store, taste of sandwiches is consistent. Parth and Raj working there are the best sandwich artist I have ever seen. They have made my sandwich beyond delicious every time. It’s my always go-to subway in Ottawa. 5 out of 5 star for cleanliness, friendliness and customer service.
This location is super clean. The staff is very courteous and attentive. Veggie subs we ordered was well filled and dressed. We ordered eights subs with different fillings, it was expeditious service with no errors. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Place was busy before the hockey game but the guys making the subs were great and fast.
This location was very clean and the staff member provided exceptional service. I stopped in because to get some breakfast as it was the only one in my area open at 8am. The breakfast offerings changed since the last time I have eaten breakfast, and the staff member was very patient with me and got my order just right!
